She then identified areas where repairs and improvements can be made to maximize the value of my new investment property and minimizes future high costing repair bills. At my request, she got multiple quotes for the recommended repairs and was very timely in her response keeping me well informed during the process. Excellent experience with this Property Management Firm! 1. THEY ANSWER THIER PHONES! Amazing! I know, sounds crazy, but if you have had to call PMs to schedule things like we do, it's not common. 2. They followed up, responded quickly and professionally! Every person we interacted with was friendly and professional! This truly was a breath of fresh air!
