They also charge a service fee for paying rent online - $2.49/month for giving them access to my bank account, $9.99 for using a debit card, and a whopping 2.99% for using a credit card (that's at least an extra $50 a month). Company provides poor communication until they want something from you. We left our rental spotless and they still took out over $400 for cleaning fees.
