Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase. Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. They also charge a service fee for paying rent online - $2.49/month for giving them access to my bank account, $9.99 for using a debit card, and a whopping 2.99% for using a credit card (that's at least an extra $50 a month).
