The closer had bad energy and was rude and sarcastic. My daughter was excited because this was her 1st home and she didn't deserve to be talked down to with a snarky attitude and the escrow officer made cutting remarks along the way. I wanted to get up and demand another person but there wasn't anyone else there! My daughter and I kept trying to have fun together and was difficult with the bad attitude from the closing lady. The whole experience had a bad vibe. The office was empty & cold and it's Christmas time there should be a tree and music instead of feeling like we were at an empty warehouse. The only thing w could hear was construction noise. Purchasing a home is a BIG celebration and wish we didn't have to close at this office.

The application process was fast and simple, we paid the application fees and within 48 hours we were approved our first home. A flurry of emails quickly followed, forms were filled in, calls exchanged and documents signed. I have never experienced a smoother transaction and it's safe to say that we have a realtor for life. Alisa is professional, courteous, hardworking, polite, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process was done without us even leaving our living room and without us having to fly five hours each way to go and view the house. After the offer was accepted on Friday evening her and her team went straight to work and by Monday afternoon we had the home, pest, and septic inspections done. I could not have been more pleased with the professionals she referred. I have NEVER had a Realtor that set up all of the inspection and as fast as Kristi did. We had an issue with the title company that the sellers agent had set up as they where having trouble with the remote closing for my wife.
