Marlena and team are fantastic to work with! We worked with Marlena to negotiate a lease moving from across the county to the Austin area, and she made the process smooth for us from start to finish. From timely communication, professional process, and having things go exactly as promised and planned, it really makes a huge difference with a stressful move like this. Thank you to Marlena and team, we look forward to our new lease term with a great property management team like yours! read more

Marlena was fantastic for me as property owner getting my new construction listed and leased quickly for top dollar! I'd recommend. She all the work without requiring me to meet face-to-face, generally by phone email and e-doc and handled all interactions with getting the tenants deposit and lease signed. The detail was their office assistant had a couple of typos in the docs that I had to catch and ask them to correct. I'd use her again ! read more

I've worked in real estate for over 20 years and this includes property management. There are many companies, both large and small, to choose from in selecting a property management company but I have found none better than Nu Edge Realty & Property Management. More than fair prices and practices, fantastic service, Marlena is a credit to the profession! She has helped me, as an out-of-state owner in so many ways. It's like having a friend in Austin look out for my best interests. Thank you Marlena, you are the BEST! read more

I would not have found my beautiful new apartment without the help of Terra. In this completely unaffordable, crazy market, she found a place I could afford, exactly where I needed to be, and it is brand new on top of that! I highly recommend Terra at Nu Edge. She was in touch with me constantly and personally toured the property and spoke with the property manager for me, as I was busy at work and trying to relocate. Highly recommended! read more

Terra helped us find a fantastic apartment in the Austin area. It was a very quick and painless process! She sent me 5 properties to review, and we took a few hours to tour 3 of them together. It was a pleasant afternoon, and two of those complexes met our criteria. Our situation was a little unusual, and her knowledge of the area and the properties, as well as their specific requirements, was a blessing. It would have taken me SOOOO much longer to do this on my own. 10/10 would recommend working with Terra! read more

Very helpful and professional. Home searching was easy. I really dreaded the move but the help we got was amazing and really made the process smooth. The properties were all very nice too. I highly recommend giving them a chance. Have fun home searching! read more

Lindsay Verastegui recently sold my fiancée and I our first home, and made magic happen! Brace yourselves, we had such an amazing experience that this is bound to be a long review!! TLDR; Lindsay is a gem who worked patiently with us to find our perfect first home in this competitive Austin market. She also ended up making a perfect engagement happen when we closed on our house. I could not recommend her enough!! Lindsay was recommended to us by friends, who also could not say enough wonderful things about her. Being first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing. She was extremely patient and explained things in an understandable way. She listened to what we wanted/didn't want without being judgmental. She was realistic about our options without compromising what we wanted in a home, and helped guide us in the right direction when we weren't quite sure about something. The Austin market is competitive, and we did start to feel a bit defeated at times. However, Lindsay was tenacious and encouraged us not to give up or settle for something less than what we wanted (and she was right!). In Austin, if you see a house you like, you have to see it right away because houses go quick. Lindsay worked around our schedule to make things happen fast. She even went and looked at some houses without us and sent us videos when our work schedules conflicted. She's seriously the best! We had looked at several lenders but ended up going with the lender that Lindsay recommended, Russ with Vista Lending (Russ and the whole Vista Lending team were also awesome). Since Lindsay & Russ often work together, it was super easy because Lindsay was able to quickly communicate with Russ when we were wanting to run numbers on a house we were interested in. Once we found our house and the offer had been accepted, Lindsay was with us every step of the way until closing. It was quite nerve wracking, especially because our offer was accepted the week of the Texas winter storms, so we were freaking out a bit about possible damage to the home. Lindsay was on top of it though and stayed in communication with the listing agent the whole time (thankfully the house made out okay). My favorite part of our home buying experience is that during our final walkthrough of the house, my fiancée told Lindsay he wanted to propose at the house. Lindsay went above and beyond to make the moment perfect. She got a photographer, champagne, and arranged for the walkthrough to happen at sunset. And she did it all while keeping the proposal under wraps. It was AWESOME! Needless to say, after our whole experience, Lindsay is now a special person in our lives. Even since closing, she's helped us with other little things that have come up about the house. I could clearly go on and on, but would definitely recommend Lindsay as a realtor. She will go the extra mile for you and make your home buying experience everything you want it to be. We are so grateful for her!!! read more

I looked for help finding an apartment in Austin and found Nu Edge with its high reviews and decided to give it a try. I worked with Karina who was amazing and helped us find an apartment in our budget, with our top needs, and in an amazing location. She was very very patient with our changes and found several options very quickly to present to us. She toured with me several properties and was extremely helpful with her knowledge and always answered all my questions. Thank you! read more

Yvette Caceres, two words - AMAZINGLY AWESOME! I have lived in Austin for 8+ years in apartments, and Yvette has been by far the BEST apartment finder ever! She was always so quick to respond and truly cared about my budget and needs. Yvette has tons of experience in the Austin area and is so knowledgeable. I found Nu Edge Realty through Yelp and was 100% satisfied! read more

Addis Casco at Nu Edge went above and beyond anything that I had ever hoped for. I was recently in a very bad spot where I had to find a place on short notice that met very specific criteria- single bedroom, affordable, offered short-term 6-month leases, good, convenient location, and pet friendly. I wasn't feeling very confident about my prospects, and neither were any of the other apartment locators I talked to first- none were able to find exactly what I needed. I certainly wasn't expecting to find anything better than a tiny, cramped studio, if event that. Addis, on the other hand, was able to find not just one, but three different spots that matched my criteria, two of which were not just studios, but full 1-bedroom apartments with plenty of room. With her help, I was able to find a beautiful dream apartment that I could afford, in a very nice part of town. 10/10 Would definitely recommend! read more

I highly recommend talking to Addis Casco! She was the absolute best! I was really dreading the apartment search process, and was afraid that my preferences in coordination with my budget would be tough to accommodate. But Addis made it happen! She was able to provide several options and was familiar with the information from each place. It was clear that she did her research before hand and made sure to get answers for all the questions I had. I was so happy with the place I decided to sign at! Definitely recommending Addis Casco and Nu Edge! read more

If you're worried about figuring out where to live next year and reading this, Nu Edge is definitely your place! I happened to have amazing luck of being paired up with Yvette Caceres, and she is extremely knowledgeable of the entire city, it's best quality properties, and most importantly, she's INSANELY PATIENT! I asked her for 2b/2b apartments, but unfortunately my move in time frame makes prices much higher than me and my roommate could afford, and to top it off I got ghosted :/ Then a few of my other friends said they were Looking into houses and have now added me into the group. She pulled up several listings of 5 bedroom homes and referred me to another realtor. On top of that, she even gave me a referral for a mover！ Her kindness is so awesome that it's unexplainable! Hopefully my friends and I will find a place soon, but if that falls apart, and when I need help to find another place in the future I will not be looking anywhere else! Thank you Yvette! read more

My boyfriend and I worked with Kat to help us relocate from Philly to Austin. She took everything we wanted in an apartment into account and sent us some great properties before I even visited Austin. We favorited the ones we loved and Kat instantly wrote us with why the properties we're great and any specials they had. My boyfriend REALLYYYY wanted a rooftop, and Kat delivered. We ended up touring a few cool properties and then she took us to one that wasn't on the list. This was it. She knew it, I knew it. It was like she read our minds. I definitely recommend working with her. She was so patient and quick to respond. THANK YOU KAT! We are so grateful you helped us find our Austin apartment. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know! read more

What's more to say than.... Terra Asher the Miracle Worker!? Terra found me an apartment that fit my near impossible criteria of cheap, short term, walking distance to downtown/shopping/music, washer/dryer inside, etc., etc., etc. CALL HER IF YOU'RE IN THE MARKET FOR AN APT!! I actually work in the property management industry, but after months of halfa** searching, I decided that I needed a specialist to find this needle in a stack of needles. I was skeptical in the beginning but after a few texts and a phone call, Terra affirmed why we should all be using locators here in Austin. Her strong relationships with the local apartment communities and solid knowledge of the market got me an inside track on my current gem of a place. I seriously had to make ZERO concessions. When you meet Terra, it's like catching up with that friend from way back. She's such a customer service bada** that when I mentioned offhand the frustrations of searching out used vehicles and movers, she hooked me up with referrals for both. And they worked!! Apt (check), Movers (check), Car (Check), all within 2 days because of her. Her follow up is impeccable too. She reached out at a few opportune moments to solve a ppw snag and continued to check in over the next couple months just to see that I was okay. Terra is the example of why Austinites kick some serious a**. Friendly, helpful and professional all the way through. If you want a low stress apartment searching experience, make sure you go through her. read more

Terra was absolutely AMAZING!! She really helped my husband and I lock in a place that we were really wanting to move in to. We were moving from Houston to Austin and she made us feel so welcomed and cared for even though we haven't met her in person! Her response rate is fantastic, and within 5 minutes, you'll have an answer. She went absolutely above and beyond for us and really felt like a friend who advocated for us to get the absolute perfect place. Choosing to move my family and I from California to Austin, the most important thing to me was finding the best school for my daughter. Not knowing Austin, I came here for 1 week in advance of our move to shop schools, find an apartment zoned for the school of my choice and find gainful employment. In hindsight, after spending 90% of the time I allotted, looking at the schools, I cut myself short, very short to find housing. I contacted two apartment locator companies to assist me. After meeting with the first company, I learned, that due to my messy divorce, and the aftermath of it, Finding someone who would rent to me was going to be an almost insurmountable task. Having just one day before my flight back to Ca. was scheduled to depart, I was panicked by the news I received, I called Nu Edge Realty, and Kyle answered my call. I delineated my dire situation, gave him my requirements and was surprised that he was hopeful and encouraging. I met him the following day and was impressed by his care and professionalism. In advance of our meeting, he had selected three communities for me to view, which he had called in advance and screened. He suggested one of the three would be best based on my needs and desires. Thanks to Kyle, I secured that apartment. It is within the boundaries of the school I selected, it is within the budget I gave him, my new job is just 9 minutes away, which allows me to see my child safely off to school, in the morning and be close enough to the school and home if needed. Kyle continues to reach out to me, to see how things are going. He was my Angel in a time of need, and I am extremely grateful for the blessing. He is someone I will readily refer to anyone who is looking for a new home. Kyle is a polished professional who knows his market and inventory, he is patient and kind and will treat you like you want and deserve. Kyle Prunty, you are a perfect 10! I wish you all the happiness, success, and prosperity you seek. Best, Crystal read more

Just like everyone else, I chose Nu Edge because of the reviews. They did not disappoint! I needed a last minute immediate move in apartment in Austin and walked into the office on some random day. I worked with Kyle, and he helped me by calling a bunch of places and finding the best deals. I had already made a short list of apartments that I wanted to see, and he was able to accompany me to each apartment and tour the complexes with me. His advice was very helpful like location, commute to work, amenities, and lease durations. Eventually, I decided to move back to Houston because of a better job offer, and Kyle came through to help me find a place in Houston! I now live in a fantastic apartment in a great location and am super happy with the customer service from Nu Edge. Hit up Kyle if you need an apartment in either Austin or Houston. 5/5 would recommend Hint: if you dislike the sounds of screaming children, ask the apartment complex people if they have a playground, daycare, or anything over 2 bedroom apartments. Since they are not legally allowed to tell you if families with young children live there, it's a good way to suss out the situation. read more

Ask for Yvette Caceres, she's all you need! She is personable, flexible and very knowledgeable about the Austin realty scene. I was referred to Yvette from an apartment location when looking on my own. She took all of the frustration away and made this as easy as possible. Through all of this, Yvette remained constantly pleasant and upbeat. "Don't worry, we will find you what you want!" And she did! She found me the place of my dreams! Thank you Nu Edge! Thank you Yvette!! read more

I worked with Marlena Fitts and had the smoothest, most helpful experience I could ask for. I'm new to apartment hunting and had very little idea what to do. Marlena helped me find several places that fit my needs, drove me to each one, and happily answered my many nagging questions throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with the apartment I ended up with. I'm not going to pretend I know anything about the real estate business, but as someone who just needed to be walked through the whole process, I got exactly what I needed from Nu Edge. read more

I had to find a last minute apartment in the Domain area for a new job and Yvette Caceres killed it. It's all the little things that really stood out to me 1.) Super quick response times (initially messaged via Yelp), 2.) Provided a list of apartments that met my requirements the same day, 3.) Personally drove me to each apartment, 4.) Played the anti-salesmen role when speaking with the apartment agents. I spoke with four other Austin realty agents and Yvette blew them all out of the water. It was extremely refreshing working with someone I felt genuinely cared about the happiness of her clients and getting them the best deal possible - not just the first place that meets the base requirements. Also I could tell she really loved what she does and those are the best people to be around. 10/10! read more

It was *that* time of year again and I wasn't have much luck finding anything by myself. While I was browsing Craigslist I decided to give Nu Edge a try. Kyle answered the phone, took down a little information and got right to work. By the time I had arrived at the office he was pretty much done finding available apartments in 78704 for me. What really set Kyle apart from others is that he really knows the South-side of town well. Needless to say, I put in an application that day to one of the 3 places Kyle showed me. I am glad to I chose to work with Kyle because he not only called me two days later to see if I had made a decision, he also sends periodic emails checking up on how things are going. This kind of service is exceptional and exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Nu Edge and Kyle to everybody. read more

When you've bussed tables in a five-star restaurant, you notice the level of the water in your glass when you dine out anywhere. As a Realtor® in Boston, I helped many people find places to live they fell in love with. I'm a pretty picky customer and experienced enough to know that I want something great. In the process of relocating to Austin, I looked for professional real estate services and found Lyn Adams at Nu Edge Realty. I spoke with Lyn on the phone and told him that it wasn't likely that I sign for a place on my first visit which was a couple of months in advance of my move. Nonetheless, he gamely spent time interviewing me to find out what I was looking for, driving me around for an entire afternoon (starting with something I wanted to see that he was sure I wouldn't like-he was right, lol) and then followed up with a phone conversation. I'm a shopper. I love to look at what's available. The experience reminded me of shopping with friends who know me so well that they not only show me what they know I'll like, but also that stunning piece they know I wouldn't have considered on my own. Before I left town Lyn had helped me onto the waiting list for a place with perfect location and the amenities I was looking for. Amazing. We took turns following up at appropriate intervals with the management and I'm happy to report I just signed the lease. Lyn made the process fun and productive and extracted a lot of the stress. read more

Kat Drew is awesome. She helped me find a really cool apartment in a super short amount of time. From the day I contacted her to when she found an apartment, it had been like two or three days. She sent me a long list of potential apartment complexes and then once I chose my top preferences from that list, she emailed me a detailed list of every apartment I had chosen. Then, she visited the three I was very interested in, and that night I applied for an apartment. Not only did she visit each of the three apartments, but she also sent videos and pictures of them. I was moving from New Hampshire to Austin and needed a place to live, with only two weeks to find an apartment. The process went smoothly and I highly recommend Kat. read more

Amy over at Nu Edge came into my life like a miracle. After apartment hunting more than a month in advance from the end of my current lease, I still hadn't found a place due to the 3 awful apartment locator experiences I had. With a week left before I would need to travel for work and as soon as I come back it's the last day of my lease, I was so anxious to find a safe and beautiful apartment near downtown in my price range. As I was on Craigslist, I saw an ad for a beautiful apartment in my price range by Amy @ Nu Edge and even at 11pm, I decided to text her back on it. To my surprise, I saw the 3 little dots on my message and Amy replied right then and there, 11pm on a weekday! In less than 30 min, she sent me a list of apartments to look at and tell her which ones i like and we could visit them the next day. She gave me better options than any of my 3 other locators who showed me awful, scary places and tried to sell me to a place I know they'd never step foot in if it weren't to make a sale. Amy told me that very night "I never try to sell an apartment I wouldn't live in myself." She means that! The next day we took a couple hours to check out beautiful apartments but none of them were the one, I just knew it. Amy was such a pleasure to be around throughout the process and super sweet and professional. Then for our last location we went to this one apartment and I was blown away! I knew it was the one and for just $875/month, 10 min away from downtown, brand new appliances & granite & woof floors, I was sold right then and there. I love Amy and Nu Edge Realty so much and can't thank them enough for bringing me this miracle! Everyone at Nu Edge are amazing! read more

Nu Edge Realty was a pleasure to deal with. Tiffanie in particular did a great job pulling up and showing properties that were just to my specifications. I never felt like I was shown anything outside of my price range or desired neighborhood, and the listing I responded to from Craigslist was just as advertised. This is rare these days, with all of the misleading ads listed on apartment finding sites. I'd highly recommend Tiffanie and Nu Edge Realty for your next move. You won't be disappointed! read more

The reason I called Nu Edge was because of all the rave reviews, and I was certainly not disappointed!! I was looking for a place for my two sons that are relocating to Austin. One is a student and the other is disabled. Because of my son'e mobility issues, I had very specific needs. Callie listened and came through beautifully for me!! I had spend the previous several days in Austin, looking unsuccessfully and was extremely stressed! I called Callie and set up an appointment with her for the next morning. I was up all night stressing!! When I arrived at her office, Callie was well into setting up showings for me. I loved the first place she took me!!! Apartment locating was a new concept to me, and at first I was skeptical that someone would show me around town free of charge to help me find an apartment. But I am VERY happy I used Nu Edge Realty and you should jump on board! Apartment Locators are actually paid by the apartment property once you sign a lease, and that's how they keep it 100% free to use. So what you get is an apartment concierge who helps you discover the best places to live in Austin, without spending a dime of your own money! I suspect everyone is great to work with, but I highly recommend asking for Nick Pierce. He was patient, asked great questions, and really helped me zero in on the perfect property. I couldn't be happier, and wholeheartedly recommend! read more

Nu Edge was the second apartment locating service that I used after a terrible experience with another one. Cindy was my realtor and she was great. Cindy asked me what I was looking for and went out and found things that I actually wanted. I was surprised at how simple and easy this process could be especially after the other realtor ignored everything I told her and took me to places out of my price range, outside the location I wanted, and then told me that that what she was showing me was the best I was going to find. Thank you Cindy and the next time I move I am going to come back and talk to you. read more

Tiffanie Javier was such a huge help when I moved to Austin! I was looking in a very specific area and not a huge budget and she helped me find a place I'm very happy with. I filled out the form on their website and she got back to me the same day - talked to me about where I was looking, what my needs/wants were, and what my budget was, and then got me a list with pictures and prices that night! Great experience with Lyn Adams at Nu Edge! He was incredibly nice and had a big list of potential apartments for me and my roommate when I walked in for our appointment. He respected my price range and unlike other realtors and locators DID NOT try to show me a bunch of stuff over my max rent price. He also called other places while I was there and really tried to ask about square footage, prices and whether we could see them. He then drove me to two places (one required a realtor be there, the other didn't) and he wasn't pushy at all. I was looking in 78704, one of the harder markets in Austin right now as it's growing in popularity while still being affordable. I found a place my roommate and I both liked within our price range that same day, and Lyn followed up in the next week or so to make sure everything went smoothly. I really recommend him to anyone looking for a place! read more
