Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase. While the housing prices in Florida is comparable to Texas, the cost of investing in Florida is cheaper than Texas because they have lower property tax. So why didn't I invest in Florida? Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. In fact, it was Valerie who introduced me to the neighborhood that I'm buying my second investment home in. Had a few instances with the water heater, the disposal (of course). and a toilet float which were efficiently addressed by the maintenance crew within a few short hours of calling in. Any time I would call into the office for maintenance, or questions regarding the move out requirements, etc. the staff was always attentive, friendly, & quick to respond.
