From the time they opened to when they called us (or really my husband) it was a few hours. We were able to decline or approve what work would be done on the car. My car needed a lot of work. And we opted to get some stuff done as well since my car is almost at 100,000 miles. They said it would take a few days since they had to order parts. It was completed quicker than I had thought. We were able to pay the invoice online and pick up our car after hours. A few days later, we noticed something was leaking in my car. We took the car back. And since it was covered under warranty they were able to fix it. Thank you for fixing my car absolutely quickly. And it's running a lot better. Everyone here was so friendly.

She knows her stuff and helped us diagnose and determine next steps with our low maintenance Subaru cross trek. We paid for a thorough inspection which normally I might shy away from but they did a great job. We ultimately went with some recommendations and scheduled some others for later. The interactions were friendly and professional. The work space is clean and organized. They are pretty timely and flexed a bit at the end of the day so we could get there to pick up the rig. Transmission. Brakes. Differential. Service. Belt replacement. Nothing out of the ordinary and the work dramatically improved the performance and handling. I think we will be back should we have another repair need. We felt like we were in good hands and paid for a valuable and quality experience.

After about $4000 of quoted repairs ($2000 for the fan replacement), they also quoted me $500 to replace a dead battery. Five hundred dollars for a car battery that should be $250 maximum. The battery was under warranty with AAA so I said I will get them to replace it for free. The kicker is that when AAA tested the battery it was still working completely fine. Three months later the battery is in good health. I wish I would've read other reviews before taking my vehicle here, but let this be a warning to anyone else looking to use this shop. They are dishonest, will overcharge you for parts, try to sell you on unnecessary services, and charge exorbitant labor fees. Seek anywhere else.
