Never heard back from corporate for three weeks and Josephine said Donald agreed we had problem with leak but there was no solution to fix or move out in timely manner because Josephine rented out the unit we discussed in this emergency. Josephine. Then insisted I move into another with falling fiber glass and rat i destroying walls and eat infested same wall next to one another had infestation. Josephine came and took pictures late. April said she'd get back to me and she never did it took picture the corporation three weeks before they did not do anything and by that time it was already flooding and I wasn't getting access to my unit so after they cleared up the home dude Rent they wanted me to file a new contract Flooding from ac unit for a month and leaks ok waving a stench that would evaporate next morning that started late but Josephine denied she had a problem and finches never saw and no one tells her anything she allowed the drip to fester until I had to figure it out by that time can you excuse from Donald Sabanano was since it wasn't active and they tried to resolve it. They didn't resolve anything if they resolved that they would've fixed the leak. Also environmental protection agency told him to fix it and they didn't fix it. It turned to a flood by the Fourth of July so if they're saying they don't resolve it with me they also didn't resolve it with the environmental protection agency. We had an open report. I called environmental protection agency to help but this public storage did not fix the leak snd it flooded my unit in the Fourth of July Only resolution from Donald was two 5x5 that were climate controlled Sorry, having a leak in my unit I had for a few years in April. Didn't hear back from the district manager in three weeks and they told me the company has audacity to tell me that they try to resolve something and later that month Dan Sabina told me in May that there was no problem that his people came out and there were no leaking pipes so I decided to stay in that unit because he didn't have any units available except for maybe two 5 x 5 so we were gonna wait for a 10 x 10 and we had a mutual agreement but what happens on June 10 after heading up in my unit for two weeks he forgot to grant me access I started to see flooding coming out of the unit next to me so I called him on June 11 and he didn't tell his property manager, but I did call the Public Storage company and I told him that I had flooding into my unit and nobody ever called me to inspect it. Nobody said let's move it tomorrow and somehow Neil Callaway is under the impression that I just didn't call him back. I must've called Donald Sabanano many times. I got one message from property manager. Josephine wanted me to sign a new contract. Pay a bunch of fees to move me and that's what we required to move me out and I said oh no I don't know you. I don't have to sign into contract. I can do a transfer so I didn't hear anybody from anybody for a while and the Donald Sabanano said it's rare that they rarely have any 10 by tens in a unit that I wanted and I didn't want to stay in the same building where there's rats I've had two rat fest infestations and I didn't want to stay in the building. The building has had now four leaks daily flooding and two rat infestations and I said I don't wanna stay in this building except for there was one unit for me to do an immediate transfer and Josephine rented out that unit, however your Regional VP Neil Calloway is under the impression. Everybody's just doing their job and they're calling. They've tried to call me and I'm not calling them. No I must've called them several times. I've got one call from Donald Sabanano but he never made an appointment. He didn't tell me the price. He didn't tell me when it was available or anything. He just left an erratic message. Anyhow, I got one message from him. I tried calling him back. He leaves me erratic messages to call him back, but I can never reach him and Josephine. The property manager says the same thing nobody ever tells her anything and even if I call the corporate and she knows about it she doesn't know about the problem, but she didn't know about the problem on April 17 when she took the pictures and I kindly asked her would you please tell me if you're gonna fix the problem or if you're gonna need to move me? Why does it take three weeks and then for Donald ALLEN to call me and then two weeks for him to tell me that there's not a problem and then I get flooding so now it's my fault cause I didn't answer somebody's call. During a period when the elevator was out of service, he went out of his way to assist me by helping move some boxes downstairs, which made a big difference. He also kept me updated on the repair timeline and helped coordinate my move-out, making the process much smoother. The property is always clean, and looks great due to recent updates painted, with updated flooring and an upgraded elevator. It's clear he cares about the people using the facility and takes pride in doing a good job.

Even though I had most of my belongings in plastic bins, some furniture had rat urine stains, it was terrible. Once Nora helped me, they moved me into another unit. What matters to me as much as the safety and security of my belongings, was working with Nora for over ten years. If you need a secure and trustworthy place with your belongings, I would definitely recommend going to see Nora at H&H, she'll help you get squared away with the right unit.

I contacted this establishment and they said that they had plenty of units and that they'd happily hold one until Monday. I called back a couple days later and a young man answered the phone this time and tells me that I have to talk to management. Baffled, I asked him why (how did he know it was even me? First name basis memos in the office I guess! BUYER BEWARE I called a month or so later and asked if i could rent and the same manager asked me all about what sizes I wanted and seeing as I wanted a first floor unit and there were none-- we discussed second floor units. We agreed on a price. She even asked me what I would be keeping inside the unit and regardless of my answer it was "too heavy" for their steel floors. Next, she offered me a first floor smaller unit despite having previously said that it wasn't available and when I indicated that I would love one-- she nearly lost it... in my receiver, I hear a lady slamming down a pencil and cussing. She told me to get my ID and cards and come down. Confusing but one histrionic grouch wasn't going to stop by storage hunt-- I drove down with some stuff and my credit card and then, to my utter bewilderment, she tells me that I'm banned from the place! Why? For not reaching anyone on Monday when nothing of unit numbers was ever discussed, she claims it cost her. Now, it's costing her even more, because that unit won't be rented probably all month. I was too incredulous with her unsatisfactory reasoning that I didn't bother explaining to her that she just did the same thing to me, during a workday when she could have said so originally. Very rude, domineer conversations and vindictive and nasty: it takes a-lot for me to say that about someone-- I hope the owners sees this because your rental is being absolutely mismanaged. There are tons of other places that will provide you the respect that you deserve as a consumer.
