So after just 3 months, I get an email notice of a rent raise for 50%! I was able to speak with management and they gave me an additional few months at the original rental price. But the 50% price raise did go into effect September 2024. Now, about six months later, I just got a notice of yet another raise of about 30%! That is almost an increase of 100%, doubling my storage fee in less than one year! I strongly think this is just pure greed and bad business! I see other people's comments reflected a gouging of charges from this company. This should not be allowed or should just stop right now. If you want to speak with someone, you need to call their other facility which is not clear from the Storage Pro website or even on their voicemail message. It was difficult to get conformation that they had received my written notice that I planned to vacate.
