I booked the truck yesterday, checked in online to save time and then picked it up from U-Haul San Rafael. The people helping me were nice and thorough. The truck was perfect for my needs, in good condition and easy to drive. I returned it after hours but they explained the process to me and the security guard was very helpful. And it only cost me $60 for the truck and a dolly. Great deal and a great experience.

I finally called UPS to ask if they had the right size for me to purchase - although I did not want to use UPS as a carrier, preferring USPS - they told me they did not even carry the size box I needed, but referred me to this establishment. From my first inquiry phone call to the next day purchase of the boxes, I had a courteous man immediately help me with my shipping needs. The pricing was very reasonable.
