I booked the truck yesterday, checked in online to save time and then picked it up from U-Haul San Rafael. The people helping me were nice and thorough. The truck was perfect for my needs, in good condition and easy to drive. I returned it after hours but they explained the process to me and the security guard was very helpful. And it only cost me $60 for the truck and a dolly. Great deal and a great experience.

No one had the right dimension box or I would be forced to spend $50-$200 for a pack of multiple boxes. I was at my wit's end, trying to figure out how to ship two important orders without spending more than I wanted to on a shipping box. I finally called UPS to ask if they had the right size for me to purchase - although I did not want to use UPS as a carrier, preferring USPS - they told me they did not even carry the size box I needed, but referred me to this establishment. From my first inquiry phone call to the next day purchase of the boxes, I had a courteous man immediately help me with my shipping needs. The pricing was very reasonable. The shop is fairly small, but they carry a large assortment and range of box sizes. I went in sort of end of day, an hour before closing. and I was served with courtesy and care. Thankfully, I took lots of before shipping and packaging process pictures too! UPS destroyed it, but Susan assisted me the the insurance claim process. It took months, and that was compounded by UPS changing the damage claim portal. Susan stayed on top of it and 5 months later UPS paid the claim. Thank you, Susan
