So after just 3 months, I get an email notice of a rent raise for 50%! I was able to speak with management and they gave me an additional few months at the original rental price. But the 50% price raise did go into effect September 2024. Now, about six months later, I just got a notice of yet another raise of about 30%! That is almost an increase of 100%, doubling my storage fee in less than one year! I strongly think this is just pure greed and bad business! I see other people's comments reflected a gouging of charges from this company. This should not be allowed or should just stop right now.
