Additionally, the facility is unstaffed, and apparently owned by people at a different facility. The phone number listed by StoragePro is never staffed and they don't pick up and respond to messages. If you want to speak with someone, you need to call their other facility which is not clear from the Storage Pro website or even on their voicemail message. It was difficult to get conformation that they had received my written notice that I planned to vacate. Before picking a storage facility, I will now make sure it actually has an office that is staffed.
