The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it's the exceptional staff that really sets this place apart. So after just 3 months, I get an email notice of a rent raise for 50%! I was able to speak with management and they gave me an additional few months at the original rental price. But the 50% price raise did go into effect September 2024. Now, about six months later, I just got a notice of yet another raise of about 30%! That is almost an increase of 100%, doubling my storage fee in less than one year! I strongly think this is just pure greed and bad business! I see other people's comments reflected a gouging of charges from this company. This should not be allowed or should just stop right now. In speaking with other people renting in other places, they do not receive this kind of price-gouging rental increase!
