In the month I've been using them, I've come in 3 times and EACH time I've had to wait 30-60 minutes for someone to come back as they have stepped out and had a sign in the window. I hired guys twice and so I've had to pay them to just sit here and wait for the staff to come back. I'm moving my stuff out today to another storage place namely because of this problem. Again, price is awesome, staff friendly. But if hours and accessibility is important to you, stay away.
