When life happened and we needed more than 10 days, I tried calling several times during business hours to let them know. Well on 8/12 I got a bill with a nice $50 late fee. Turns out she no longer works there. $430 was how much I had to pay since they wouldn't waive the late fee. Will not use this place again or recommend.

They got the date wrong, they got the time wrong, they got the address is wrong, and the quote of $4500 ended up being over $5500 with my restoration hardware furniture damaged and family canvas photos ruined. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Unpacking day, the movers arrived. 15 minutes early and unlocked my door to let my kitten out who was then lost and never found. Movers did not bring moving blankets, saran wrap, bubble wrap, boxes, nothing. We had to let them borrow our straps to strap down the furniture. Somehow we were charged for all of these moving supplies that the movers didn't even bring. Day two was delivery day and one truck showed up on time with damaged furniture and the other truck showed up four hours late yet the company tried to charge me for four guys the entire day. I text the owner Frank at start and stop time of the crew during the entire experience yet when the bill came my credit card was charged without my permission for over $1000 of hours that were not worked. When I brought this up with the owner. He gave me a $200 credit which is ridiculous in the scheme of $1000 overcharge and over $4000 worth of damaged furniture. Then he had the audacity to tell me that the furniture was not damaged by his company a month later as I was waiting for the Insurance from his company to contact me. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and I cannot believe these people conduct business in this manner for this price. DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE! do not let a cheap "lure you in, because the Bill will be much more than the quote ever was, and they will charge without your permission and add on exorbitant hours.

So they arrived without the keys to open the back of the truck so they had to wait for their boss to bring the keys. Then after they loaded the took what I assume was a 70 minute lunch break because when I called to see where they were they said they finished loading 40 minutes ago and they were taking another 30 minutes. Conveniently this mandatory break postponed their driving time to coincide with peak hour traffic turning a 50 minute drive into 2 hours. They arrive at 12:00pm to start loading this exact move was performed by another company 12 months early and was completed in around 3 hours. This move took until 5:30 pm. They turned a 3 hour job into billed me for 5:30 hours. I was furious because I had been waiting for them to arrive for around 2 hours. They talked to their manager and he offered me a discount which I understood to be a reduction in price to $350 after having paid around $750. However they ended up charging me an additional $350. When I called to discuss this they claimed that was a reduction in what they should have charged me!! This experience was ridiculous and wreaks of unethical business practices. So it is not surprising that the lack of professionalism I experienced dealing with merely Summer and Alex leaves so much to be desired. First they provide you with a supposedly bonded quote, stating that that all of their workers are licensed and bonded. Please note that is a flat out lie! They show up with a pick up truck pulling a pod that has other people's furniture in it and then they don't even properly care for your furniture. They dropped several pieces they damaged various items and to add insult to injury they forgot to take a whole room of furniture. The people who showed up to move us were not employees of the company and then some random dude came over and stated that he was not employed by the company and the other guys were subcontractors. Then they kept changing the price, there was one original price then another price and now another price. We spoke to a very rude young g lady named Summer.
