What can I say... SPS has been great for wine storage. I have a wedding coming up in June and needed a place to store plenty of wine for the big day. I called all over Napa looking for a reasonably priced wine cellar last Summer when we were starting to have a 100 degree heatwave. When I called SPS, Dana was extremely helpful in describing the spaces they had available and associated pricing. They had one smaller unit that had just become available and I rented it sight unseen as I was at work and wasn't going to be available to immediately sign the paperwork. The following morning I arrived to find a very clean, well manicured storage facility with state-of-the-art video monitoring and key-coded entry gate. Christie had my paperwork ready to sign and I was ready to move-in (my wine.) I even checked in on Yelp and got a SPS T-shirt too! (Thought I may never wear it, but recently have been wearing it as an extra layer :-) The Wine Cellar building is also key-coded and located right in front. It is kept at cellar temp and my wine is well protected. I would recommend SPS to anyone looking for a reasonably priced storage space for their wine. After searching for a larger storage unit in the area and really not wanting to store things in Vallejo/Fairfield, we got lucky at Napa Security Public Storage. They were super helpful- they checked upcoming availability and released a 10x20 unit on the phone so I didn't miss out. In person, Samantha is incredibly helpful. The facility is also very clean and organized. They have lots of packing material in the store and even have a 12ft truck that is available to use with $100 cash deposit and 30 miles free (customer pays for gas). This is better than finding a large uhaul in the area which can be trying to lock down! We ended up needing another unit and we got one super easily last-minute and on the spot. Overall, the storage units are easy to access with drive up units that have big driveways, lots of clearance for those not used to driving big trucks, and awesome customer service! read more

In process of relocating back to Bay Area from the East Coast. Required access for fully-loaded 18-wheeler. No problem even for this so called 'Mini' storage site--one of the very few--if not the only one--in the entire Napa area that could even begin to accommodate our request. With available storage space always at a premium - the manager (the amazing, smart, knowledgeable, always very, very helpful Samantha) worked with with us for weeks in advance--always checking back / following up--to help ensure that all our belongings would 'get in' safely. In the end we needed two storage spaces - but being close together and in the same building it presented no difficulty for the movers. Can't recommend this Devlin Road Security Public Storage facility more highly. A great find for us. (And did we say that we thought Samantha was an absolute treasure to work with?) read more

I never usually comment on Yelp. However, I feel it necessary to share my experience. Dana who is the property manager was very informative, professional, and extremely helpful. I called practically every storage place in town and all of the larger storage units were taken. Luckily, Dana found exactly what I was looking for and was able to give me a fair price, putting my mind at ease. Thank you so much Dana, for all of your help. I would have to give Security Public Storage five stars for making me feel good as a consumer, and not to mention the storage unit is fantastic. After checking a few other places around Napa, CA Security P was a no-brainer. From the first call to inquire about rates (competitive) and size (Dana assessed and recommended the perfect size) we were in! The location is super clean, safe and easy to access. We were working under a particularly stressful timeline and both Dana and Christie were calm and collected, cheerful yet professional and above all, helpful! If only all businesses ran this way! We even used their well-maintained moving truck -FOR FREE- for some extra large items. If you need storage-this is the place. I normaly dont write reviews about places unless i had a horrible experience or a beyond great experience. This this place it was BEYOND GREAT that staff Jennifer and Carol are a perfect fit for what they do. They work so well together and run the office/rental experience so well and make it easy. Just say this was important to me and my husband during this time of our life. If you want a place with kind people clean storage places and security this is the place to go. Its kind of out of the way but im more ten happy to drive the extra 5mins out of town to get this kind of service and place to store. read more

After searching a few local spots, we decided on this one because 1. The facility is super clean, and safe. (You can actually make out a lot of detail on their CCTV security system). 2. Their managers are super friendly and helpful. 3. You get to use their truck for a mere $15 to move in! 4. Prices are good, all storage places are expensive - but these guys have great starting rates and also offer discounts throughout the year. Overall, I'm happy to be there, will have my stuff stored for at least two years. I chose an indoor unit, which is large and like i said before - VERY CLEAN. read more

My wife and I have been customers at this facility off and on for about 3 years. It is the one place that we felt our belongings would be safest from damage or theft, all without breaking the bank. The security system is very good and the people are always happy and professional in my experience. Their location is great. Not a whole lot of traffic on Devlin Road and you can maneuver into, out of and within the facility in a large moving truck with ease. With a wide variety of units available you really can't go wrong with this place. read more

Best storage facility in the Napa Valley. Stellar customer service. Super clean metal buildings with insulated ceilings. I spend a lot of time there moving things in and out of multiple units and I regularly see the time and effort that the staff spend cleaning and maintaining the units. I also see how kindly and professionally they treat every client. This is a great place run by fantastic people. I wouldn't want to store my belongings anywhere else. They both really care about there job and thats what sold me. I store wine in the temp-controlled portion of SPS as well as I have a regular storage unit. The facility is kept very clean, the phone is always answered during business hours; gate hours of operation make it very easy to get in there early morning or late in the evening. It is very secure and safe. The office is clean; moving trollies are available in the buildings; locks and storage boxes are sold on-site. If you have to use a storage facility, this is a great one. read more

Probably the only storage facility with impossibly beautiful views of the hills surrounding the Napa Valley/Carneros region while you tend to your stuff. Handy store with storage materials and boxes adjoining the property with a water cooler and restroom during business hours. Also a truck for moving your materials to the storage space when you sign up. Best deal for the square footage in the valley and no problems with vermin like I encountered in other facilities. read more

We have had a unit or two for the last few years, Jane has always been helpful and cheerful to our needs. They have given us 24 hour access when needed, we were able to use their truck to move in which was extremely helpful to us. It has been a pleasure renting and working with them. Dana has helped me with my storage needs over the last year and got me set up on autopay so I don't have to worry about paying my monthly bill on time. She has alway been friendly and helpful and did a great job helping determine what size I needed for my size home. The facility is clean and nicely maintained with convenient hours. This place is great!! I have been renting here for over 3 years and when I had to downsize to a smaller unit they were super accommodating! The facility is really clean, everyone working there is very nice & professional. Great security too! I even forgot one day to lockup leaving in a rush but they locked up for me, notified me to let me know & called so I could retrieve my keys. Their prices are also super reasonable. I called on May 10th and spoke with a very personable young lady named Dana. I decided to go see the facility, because I really needed a unit near my home and found just what I needed. Dana made everything very easy to understand and complete. The niceness of Dana went a long ways to help me make my decision to rent a unit from Security.
