Don't they know what they did? It was unquestionably obvious that it was totally inadequate packaging, and the UPS audit that C & C required also said so. Jeff and Ana continued to stall and evade their clear responsibility for the damage, and refuse to pay, even though I bought $2000 worth of insurance. I'm out $2300 for repairs for their substandard work. They did it on the cheap, were responsible for the damage and refuse to honor their agreement with me regarding the insurance. She was able to walk into her new home and have it look like her old home, which really reduced her stress level. The next day, they sorted out everything else into storage, donation and junk, and had her old room totally cleaned out. They put all the storage into a new storage unit - wonderfully neat!
