Person who helped with phone reservation and pricing for me a great deal for the first month and was ready to do business unfortunately when the property manager contacted me I was disappointed to learn the location no longer accepts cash payments but now expects me to pay with a card or money order. I have never run into this issue before except at this location nor did I even think it was federally legal to not accept cash payments for a contract. Hopefully After my first month I can find a place that actually accepts all forms of payment read more

Beware. I rented a space here today and found someone living in the unit close by. Very little customer service was provided.

Granted they were there when I needed them.. As far as responsive... during covid, storage places like this were restricted to a 10 percent hike in rates... this particular tone raised me 46 percent. After sending multiple messages asking why.. suddenly it went from 48 hour max response time to straight ghosted. A public storage before this one raised me twice. Didn't know much about reporting them then, but mere life getting in the way I didn't... sometimes the trouble isn't worth it, but I guess that's what they bank on, and why they continued to get away with it. This one raised me quick and soon I was drastically higher than what they were offering it for so I just rented another one for the going price and moved. But these people rape you when you stuck in a jam. Also.... Move out at the end of the month... because in the beginning, if they snatched the rent from you as you leave on the 5th of the month.... You ain't getting the rest of it back.... Of course... you can just use it for the rest of the month... I sent them a message not to rent it out for I might need it In-between.. but granted I am sure they will get double rent from it... considering it states online I don't have a spot there though I payed for it... These places just suck and are intact no different than a bottom dweller in the sea. read more

On moving day we misplaced the keys to the storage area. We were were supposed to have help on site as online it says the property manager can help you. The property manager is said she is not aware that she is to help. I never used the storage area. I was told to maybe come back in a week with my U-Haul truck full of my things. The property manager is only giving me a partial refund on a storage area I could not use and that she refused to assist us with. The NAPA public storage site has the worst customer service. The resolution is they're going to cut me a check a partial refund in 6-8 weeks. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Rent was very high. I was paying $278 per month, and one month the rent went from $278 to $353. I decided to move out and put in notice, moved out on April 2 and received my final move out receipt. On April 3, I was charged $353. I contacted Customer Service and was told that they do not prorate so if you go over the first they charge the whole month. They indicated that it was in my contract, so I asked them to provide a copy of my contract. They said they don't have a copy so I would have to log into my account and download it. I tried to log into my account and got an error message saying I no longer have an account. Total rip-off, I have used PS off and on for many many years, never again. read more

Really appreciate this facility they helped me in a tight time frame which all other places let me know they would be closing in the next 15 min. The staff is really helpful and professional. Let's talk about the actual space which is also important it was clean and ready for me to move my belongings in! Manager very helpful and friendly. Place is clean and secure. Only improvement would be a key pad you could reach from your car and automatic gate opening on exit. You have to get out of your car and punch in your code to leave. Never saw that. read more

Our furniture is water damaged and moldy and we found a giant cockroach on our rug. Everything is damp. This is after spending $419 per month for this storage facility to keep our things safe!! I am outraged and mystefied as to what we are paying so much for when our things are damaged and pests have invaded our boxes and belongings. Now I am wary to bring my things home because I don't want to bring roaches into my home. I am completely grossed out. I will never use Public Storage again. read more

This is a great facility with excellent service. Anna is very professional and keeps the place secure and very clean. A new added benefit of their location is a big consignment business located across the street. The business is centrally located, close to highway 29. Be sure to call ahead of time to determine the current specials. read more

When I first rented a unit at this facility I was told that if I was ever late on my bill that I should call them because they are always willing to work with people. Unfortunately I did hit a bad patch after having been laid off for several years and trying to survive on my meager unemployment. When I called to request payment arrangements they practically laughed at me. They put their lock on my unit BEFORE my legally allowed 60 days and had my unit listed for auction. I was here for 2 years, during this time the monthly rent was continually raised. By the time I left I was paying double my original rent. My belongings were continually gone through and knocked over. It became clear that they make a ton of money by auctioning off your belongings and that seemed to be their primary goal. Eventually I was so fed up that I rented a truck and spent a weekend moving everything to another facility, but it wasn't until just recently that I moved into my own place again and unpacked completely that I realized how much had been removed and STOLEN from my unit. There isn't a damn thing I can do about it now, as it's my word against theirs. But I can warn others, please DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES! Take your money elsewhere. read more

I have been a customer here for at least 4 years and my family also. We have never had such an amazing manager of the property as we do now. She is INCREDIBLE!!! When she moved here she immediately cleaned the property to a standard I am sure Disneyland would approve of. It is so nice to not see dirt and cobwebs and little garbage piles of random things. It is also very well watched and I trust her completely. She is friendly and has a great memory for people. It is really nice to see a happy employee somewhere I have supported for as long as I have. Especially because she takes pride in the property. Thank you public storage for being dependable and trustworthy- and for bringing such an incredible person to our area. I go a lot more often and I have told many people who ended up going there for temporary storage but I am trying to convince more for long term. THANK YOU!!!! read more

I rent in Vallejo, but I only came to this location to pay due to convenience. I've paid here before when Jennifer was here....I did not want to return to this location. I preferred to see Marie from PS on Couch st, but she was quite a ride away. She told me that there is a new prop manger who is awesome....Marie was right...Christina is awesome!!! Very professional. Christina has really cleaned up this property, there used to be several people hanging out for many hours a day and some seemed to live in a few of the units. It's now feels very safe when going to my unit. I've rented from this facility at least 6 times over the last 8 or so years and 2 of the managers seemed shady. Have used a prior storage that excelled in convenience, this does not. Entry into and out of the facility requires you to get out of your vehicle which is a hassle. The space is awkward to get in and out of. Trucks are stored nearby which makes it difficult to pull in and out of the area around my unit. The door to my unit is damaged and difficult to open. I went to this place for the convenience of the location and specials they offered. Unfortunately, I got neither as it is not convenient and the "specials" were limited to a specific unit size which did not work for me. read more
