So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Unfortunately, an incident that occurred during their recent ground remodeling project has completely changed my view of this company. My RV was moved from its original spot to another location as part of their construction work. They have asked for my persmision to preform the task. During that move, my RV was damaged, resulting in thousands of dollars in repair costs. What has been most disappointing is not just the damage itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. They didn't take any responsibililty becuase they asked me to sign a weaver. I made the mistake to think they are professional at what they do. BIG MISTAKE. I made multiple attempts to reach someone to discuss the issue and find a reasonable resolution. After several calls and emails, the only response I received was that I should file a claim with my own insurance, and the company refused to take any responsibility for the damage that occurred while my RV was under their care. After this experience, I decided to cancel my lease agreement. I had just paid for the upcoming month, and when I called to request a refund for the unused portion, the representative refused and simply stated that the termination date would be March 31 instead of April 9. After nearly three years as a paying customer, this response felt dismissive and extremely disappointing. Businesses make mistakes -- that happens. But how a company chooses to stand behind its customers when those mistakes occur is what defines their integrity. At this point, I am simply asking for fairness and accountability. I hope REC Nations leadership reviews this situation and considers reaching out to resolve the matter appropriately. Until then, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

Elevators have been out of service on multiple occasions making getting to the unit impossible. Also, only two moving carts are made available for use for a facility with easily more than 150 storage units. We feel there should be at least 6 carts available for use as we have arrived during busy times to no carts being available for extended periods. Staff is generally little to no help.

We paid less for the 10 x 10 at this location compared to the 5 x 10 at a different location (same company) but closer to our home. It has all the bells and whistles, which are keyed pad entry, elevators (require passcode) and several commercial pull/push cart Dollies. This location also offers separate men and women rest rooms. The facility is clean and the staff are busy but still polite. The reason I gave it 4 Stars and not 5, is they had a difficult time programming my passcode into their system. It delayed our move by about 35 minutes. It is worth our drive.

When we arrived we realized there's no entry for The truck into the building. In other words you have to park outside, and bring in your stuff into the building. We had to put in a password every single time we enter the building and the elevators. This is the most annoying design they could've implemented. Once we move out I will be using them again.

When I think of UPS, I think almost exclusively of a long line of customers with Amazon returns…read more Back in the day, Kohls would offer $5 credits for returning your Amazon packages there. Loved that. Now however, I find UPS is the easiest place to drop off Amazon returns. All the residents of Wylie/ Murphy seem to feel the same way, as any time I enter this location this are at least 1-4 others likewise seeking to return things. There's occasionally some drama like the poor couple being told that their giant rectangular boxes of curtains will cost over $50 to ship back to Amazon and they need to call this number (extends paper to them) to see if they can get that fee waived by Amazon. I've had an increased volume of returns to make lately, and enjoyed making some small talk with others as I wait my turn in the line in this store. It really seems like 80% of the workload here is Amazon returns, but it could be just the windows of time I go in there. There are usually 1-2 people working, so depending how many returns and how many employees, it can take a bit to get through the line, but it's still ALWAYS faster than USPS to reach the front of the line by a landslide. I have no complaints. The employees are friendly, and it must be VERY repetitive scanning in all those barcodes. I work really hard to select "UPS" on the drop down on Amazon and still have accidentally pressed "Whole foods" on at least 10% of my returns. The employees here handle the mix up with patience, explaining to every customer how to cancel the return and select UPS over and over and over again (certainly not just to me!). No major complaints. Only minus one star because if you have to recreate one of your return labels you kind of can end up in a no man's land waiting as they move on to other customers and forget for a bit you had that last label ready. Clean, crisp interior and all my returns have gotten back to Amazon without issue!
