So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Unfortunately, an incident that occurred during their recent ground remodeling project has completely changed my view of this company. My RV was moved from its original spot to another location as part of their construction work. They have asked for my persmision to preform the task. During that move, my RV was damaged, resulting in thousands of dollars in repair costs. What has been most disappointing is not just the damage itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. They didn't take any responsibililty becuase they asked me to sign a weaver. I made the mistake to think they are professional at what they do. BIG MISTAKE. I made multiple attempts to reach someone to discuss the issue and find a reasonable resolution. After several calls and emails, the only response I received was that I should file a claim with my own insurance, and the company refused to take any responsibility for the damage that occurred while my RV was under their care. After this experience, I decided to cancel my lease agreement. I had just paid for the upcoming month, and when I called to request a refund for the unused portion, the representative refused and simply stated that the termination date would be March 31 instead of April 9. After nearly three years as a paying customer, this response felt dismissive and extremely disappointing. Businesses make mistakes -- that happens. But how a company chooses to stand behind its customers when those mistakes occur is what defines their integrity. At this point, I am simply asking for fairness and accountability. I hope REC Nations leadership reviews this situation and considers reaching out to resolve the matter appropriately. Until then, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

Elevators have been out of service on multiple occasions making getting to the unit impossible. Also, only two moving carts are made available for use for a facility with easily more than 150 storage units. We feel there should be at least 6 carts available for use as we have arrived during busy times to no carts being available for extended periods. Staff is generally little to no help.

We paid less for the 10 x 10 at this location compared to the 5 x 10 at a different location (same company) but closer to our home. It has all the bells and whistles, which are keyed pad entry, elevators (require passcode) and several commercial pull/push cart Dollies. This location also offers separate men and women rest rooms. The facility is clean and the staff are busy but still polite. The reason I gave it 4 Stars and not 5, is they had a difficult time programming my passcode into their system. It delayed our move by about 35 minutes. It is worth our drive.
