I've been a customer at Storage King USA for many years even before it became Storage King USA, and I'm beyond disappointed with how this place has gone downhill. They keep raising rates with offering less in return. There's no power now, car washing facilities have been down for years, and any amenities that were once decent have either been removed or neglected. It's just frustrating to pay more for declining value. Storage is supposed to be about security, convenience, and service. Right now, it feels like this company is only interested in squeezing every dollar out of long-term customers while doing nothing to improve or even maintain the property. If you're considering this place, think twice. read more

I was an original tenant since Ultimate Storage was the original owner. Keith the manager seems to be a good guy who is hamstringed by failed corporate policies to maintain accommodations and a secure facility. Too much money for lack of services. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY You're better off parking your RV/Boat in front of your house and paying your HOA penalties. It will be cheaper in the long run. After two burglaries - Failure to maintain services and accommodations originally offered by previous owner. Failure to provide basic security of the premises. Increase in rental rates with loss of accommodations. No Constantine/razor wire on top of perimeter walls. (Basic) I've experienced two burglaries resulting in thousands of dollars in loss. This facility failed the first time to maintain an operational video surveillance system. The second time there was no video surveillance on the storage rows or alley ways. No accountability from the company. This company insisted that I give them a survey. They asked for suggestions, here are the basic expectations one would look for in a storage site of a $100,000.00 plus Toy Hauler or RV. Secure the facility against incursion, theft, and burglary. Each row of spaces should have high quality professional video surveillance at multiple vantage points. Constantine/razor wire should be mounted on the top of all perimeter walls. Exterior walls should be painted with a slippery low traction coating making it nearly impossible to climb. Restore all accommodations - RV wash bays, vacuum cleaners, and a sanitary RV Black/Gray water dump station - NOT A STEEL LID ON TOP OF A CULVERT TO THE SEWER. Storage King in my opinion is the Slum Lord of Storage facilities. read more

Was a customer since it opened . storage King purchased and the place went to s*it. Went From rv and boat storage to a junk yard. Wash bay closed, no air, no water in dump station. price changed a couple times a year. Keiths A good guy but his hand are tied. Corporate Greed sucks. Keith with Storage King on Litchfield Rd has been awesome. Understands what is important to ppl storing RVs there. He gave recommendations as to better spots (covered), walked me through facilities, etc. I love the fact you can DL an app so the gates open automatically. Premises are clean and I feel secure as you have on site, overnight staff and it is next to Luke AFB. MP and local PD are right around the corner. I also understood that no events (break-in or theft) have been reported or recorded, which makes me even more comfy with my brand new travel trailer being stored there. read more

They raised rates and still cant use the air to fill up tires ! Our trailer got broken into and they wont do anything about it nor do they even care ! Will definitely be pulling our trailer out and never going back! Be careful if you park your trailer there ! read more

Paid $230 per month for a covered space with power. Workers there disconnected my power to run their own power tools. I took out their power from my plug and plugged my rv back in. Came back 6 months later and I had been unplugged again. So I paid a lot of money for power and still had to replace my batteries. Called and left a voicemail explaining my concerns because no one was in the office at 2pm when they had a sign up that said they'd return at 12pm. No one ever returned my call so I cancelled my account and moved locations. I had been a customer for years. I will never store anything here again. read more

We just talked to Keith at storage king on Litchfield road. He was really helpful. He showed us around and we found the perfect spot to move our trailer. We were in J18 but we really wanted to move to a different location. If you are looking for a place to store your RV they have been great we have been here for 2 years now. read more

They took a deposit of $130 and refused to refund without me even renting the space. I tried checking out their business online and while reserving a spot it askes for payment details, after reading the Rental Agreement I decided not to use their company. I never signed any rental agreement and never even stopped by. They charged a deposit on my card ANYWAYS and refused to refund. Stay away from this corrupt corporation. read more

Just rented a space here for our Travel trailer. Couldn't be happier with our decision to store here! Francis went above and beyond when we were dropping the trailer off. We ran into some obstacles when covering our trailer and Francis assisted in 110 degree weather, giving us a helpful hand and also letting us borrow a ladder as well. Definitely recommend Storage King in Litchfield Park! Great accommodations, affordable prices, great location and professional, above and beyond service from Francis! read more
