    If I could give them a zero i would. I'm so frustrated. I shipped from the other Litchfield Park location last year. They bubble wrapped everything and used packing peanuts. Last years gifts arrived perfect. This year I tried this location. Never ever again. They charged me $300 for what was supposed to be the same type of packaging. Nope. They just dropped all the packages in a box. No packing materials of any kind. Everything arrived damaged or ripped. I shipped to Illinois in advance of my visit. I saw the damage first hand because I had the utter disappointment of unpacking it. Thanks for disappointing me and my grandkids. What a total rip off. Took my money and did less than the bare minimum. You'll be hearing from me. Update 12/27/19: I returned to the store with my receipts and photos. I asked what the $54 "fragile shipping" charge included. The clerk stated "bubble wrap and packing materials." There was no bubble wrap of packing materials. At this point I showed him my pictures and asked why they charged me $54 for fragile packing but did not actually provide the service. He handed me off to someone else. I had to explain everything a second time. He filled out a claim and said "it will take about 30 days." I said "30 days? For what?" At this point The woman who built the shipping order appeared from the back. She stated "you will get your money back." I asked for a copy of the claim or something showing they filed it. I was told no there was nothing to give me "the claim has to be filed first." This is not how you keep good customers. I'll return in two weeks if. Don't hear anything.

    This store is always fast and efficient. Great customer service. I have been going here for years to drop off Amazon returns.

    Very bad customer service from one lady. She was very rude. Wish I caught her name. She should not be dealing with customers .

    DROP OFF: UPS Store #4740. Sat 25 Oct 2025. 1:14 PM…read more Goodyear, AZ I was first in the return line waiting for assistance to return five items. I was not in a hurry. A worker came to the counter and didn't greet me in the usual UPS style I'm used to. She said basically nothing. It seemed that she was irritated at having to leave her other work to help me, a 70+ year old man. The young woman is black with first name starting with (I think) "K". The first 3 packages were pre-labeled. She scanned them and then TOSSED THEM ON THE GROUND behind her with total disregard for what might be in the boxes. My wife said they were expensive shoes being returned. Then she scanned the next item from my phone, picked up a plastic bag, curled the open bag and tied it in a knot, bending the item's packaging before putting the return label on the wrapped plastic. The fifth item was scanned from my phone and by that time I was so angry at all of this I didn't pay attention to what she did to it. It was then I thought that perhaps she was being passive aggressive to me in that I didn't use the self-service machine. With the 5 return items, I didn't want to deal with the self-serve machine. There was no smile from her, no asking if I wanted a receipt, and no thanking me for coming in today. She just had an irritated scowl most of the time. Later I thought I should have called her on tossing the boxes on the floor, but that might not have helped. Perhaps she was having a bad day, or really doesn't like the job, or really took a quick dislike to me and acted unprofessionally. UPS had better deal with this worker quick before she sullies the reputation of this usually fine store.
