My issue is the rat droppings and the DEAD. RAT. I found inside my storage unit. I was so disgusted, I didn't even bothering cleaning it out. Thankfully the property manager gave me gloves and a face mask so I had protection, but it's still so disgusting and so incredibly unsafe. After the lock was drilled I couldn't get the door to fully open on the unit and when I noticed my tv had been thrown into it the door I looked further in and seen everything in my unit thrown down. Everything was literally piled in the middle of the unit, I left well organized. After I got the door open all my shoes, clothes, shoes purses etc was gone. Prior to picking the trailer I had rented up, I…read moreasked Express Storage folks a few questions to assure I was getting the newer style trailer for the car I was hauling due to size differences. They assured me they would have one ready. When I didn't arrive at exactly the scheduled time, I received a phone call from U-Haul asking when I would be there (if i had truly forgotten, this would have been a lifesaver). Upon arrival, the Express Storage Staff was helpful and friendly. They had the trailer ready to go and made the process of checking in simple and easy. When I pulled in to return the trailer, they ran out to assist me putting the trailer back and got me out of there quickly. In short, they made the process simple and easy and respected my time so I would strongly recommend them again!
