The wonderful lady at the office called me back when I left a message that was not clear due to phone reception and left me a message. She called me again and finally I was able to answer my phone when I wasn't busy. When I told her we were renting the unit to store stuff for my niece and that she had bought a house and was already moving in, she let me verbally cancel the rental, and even though it was the 3rd of the next month, she said we didn't owe her anything, and good luck with my nieces new house. She was wonderful. Such lovely small town, personal service. They are a great place to rent from!

Bad communication, Wrote a local review about experience…read moreon FB and admins of page were threatened with attorneys and slander. March 2nd received a phone call from John he stated my father's storage unit was to be auctioned off. That mail was returned. My father a Purple Heart recipient with stage 4 cancer was in the hospital with chemo. I had given unit copy of power of attorney for records. I was never contacted he was a month late. They don't care and did not call. They stated it was because old owner didn't do great with collections. Don't call someone and say your auctioning off their dying father's unit. Even after I told them he was in hospital and had to go up there. My personal experience is that this place is horrible no communication. If you say mail was returned why not call earlier? Why have a man (John) call and day unit was being auctioned off. Shame on new owners for their tact and threatening behaviors

I honestly wouldn't ever rent a storage unit from these people ever again. I have had my unit for a…read moremonth. Every time I go to get in my storage I have had to call and have them come fix the door. This last time the 90 year old lady kicked the door in on Thursday and told me to leave my belongings unsecured. Two days later it gets dealt with. I waited over an hour for the "owner" to come tell me she doesn't care that I'm upset about my unit being unsecured. That I need to leave a key to my unit so they can remove my things and fix their door. These people are rude and shouldn't have a business like this if they cannot work with their tenants.
