March 2nd received a phone call from John he stated my father's storage unit was to be auctioned off. That mail was returned. My father a Purple Heart recipient with stage 4 cancer was in the hospital with chemo. I had given unit copy of power of attorney for records. I was never contacted he was a month late. They don't care and did not call. They stated it was because old owner didn't do great with collections. Don't call someone and say your auctioning off their dying father's unit. Even after I told them he was in hospital and had to go up there. My personal experience is that this place is horrible no communication. If you say mail was returned why not call earlier? Why have a man (John) call and day unit was being auctioned off. Shame on new owners for their tact and threatening behaviors

I have two stars only because Glenn and the actual movers went above and beyond!!!…read more It has been a very stressful move otherwise! no communication from internal staff. They came a few weeks before the move and gave an estimate and looked at all that had to be moved . Around 6 pm Friday night the loaders realized they wouldn't be able to fit everything in the one truck ( moving out of state) we did not hear from any staff members until we called Monday afternoon about a solution to the rest of our load. The house was being turned over to realtor on Monday and we told them every needed to be out of house by then if that meant storing it. Needless to say 8 days later they finally got the rest of the stuff out of the house. Never updated with any information unless we called. Received final load 2 weeks later. Again actual staff packing and loading were fantastic!

And I am going to tell you my situation I went in there to repair some items took a cat nap at 3 and woke up at 10 at night they close at 8. so I stayed there with my service animal. the next morning I got a bang on the door from the police and the owner he said you cannot do this. I let him know I was very sorry he said this is your first and final warning I said okay. One hour later he came to my door again and said he is kicking me out I have 48 hours. I said why don't you give me 72 hours he said no I said there was a lot of vines in the grass which I tripped on and fell so I took my weed eater out and cut it down. He said you cannot do repairs as it states in the rental agreement I was not doing major repairs as it says in the rental agreement. Installing a refrigerator a air conditioner and cleaning up the place inside only. This man is obviously inherited the property does not know how to manage property. so like I said I would suggest in my opinion do not rent from his storage unit or his RV storage unit he also owns Summit fence just for your information.

In fact, once he's designed your solution he will provide you with links to the exact products required and let you buy them directly from the vendors if desired. Or he'll buy them himself and present you with the receipts. Hourly rate: With the skills Shawn possesses, his hourly rate is substantial. And it should be. However, you can still bring your project in at a very reasonable cost PROVIDED you can be a smart customer. By this I mean you must be clear on the capabilities you want to achieve--or at least be able to listen to Shawn describe what's possible and then make rapid decisions. If instead you want a lot of customer education, Shawn can do that too because he knows an immense amount about IT and can communicate effectively. However, it's a bit like paying for a neurosurgeon to teach you about the types of aspirin available to treat a headache. That doesn't make sense; get a nurse instead! In my case, my wife and I work from the house. My goals were to increase the reliability of our home network. We wanted better maintainability (so when the internet goes down I can rapidly identify the problem and fix it). We wanted better network security. I wanted to add a home security camera because of problems with car prowls, etc. And finally, I wanted to move our networking gear out of our super-hot furnace room to a cooler and cleaner location. This was a lot. Other vendors had previously failed to come up with an affordable solution--or any solution at all. Shawn showed us how to do it for a very reasonable sum. Once we had a plan, I was able to control costs by getting a carpenter friend to open up the wall and pull wires through to the new location for the gear. Shawn also kept costs down by allowing me to provide extra hands as he mounted gear on the wall, connected all of our wireless access points to the new console, etc. These steps all require two people. Shawn was willing to let me help and he even maintained a high level of wit and good-natured ribbing throoughout the long day of work. In sum: great outcome, great satisfaction, great price. They are a scam, set the appt for sat from 8-12 and when I didn't get confirmation I contacted them and they said they could do it but it would have to be donated to goodwill or st. Vincent De paul. I SD ok, then they said it had to be Sunday and they confirmed it and sent me a dashboard to watch . and see what time G3 would be here. They never showed. I wasted all that time for nothing. Called G3, went to voicemail. Looked on Craigslist and found EZ-Haulers. He was here 40 mins later and moved everything out very quickly and for a fair price. Could not be happier or recommend them more! He saved what was left of my Sunday and I will definitely use him again! He's honest and trustworthy and shows up! Don't waste your time on the scammers!
