I hope you don't continue to speak to renters like this. Due to this, I will be transferring companies and changing my storage. He is not an asset to your company for an 11 year veteran. In July I decided to use…read moreSecure Space storage with a locked in charge rate of $238.00 per month; it was a verbal confirmation. .....only to receive an up charge in October, 2 months after moving in, my monthly charge was going up to $355.00 per month in November. I decided to contact company as they were open to my input, however, they were only able to give me a $20.00 dollar discount. So now I pay $334.75 that started in December. Gee that's still a $95.75 increase. Even the rental markets for apartments only go up 10%. I do not recommend this company as I still feel like they gouged me and took advantage. I was able to see less cost for similar storage than current pricing before I decided on Secure Space and I hope all company's don't do this. If I had known they would do this I would have chosen another, closer to me, storage unit. I feel like I'm locked in as getting stuff to storage was costly and to remove it will be also, so I guess I'm stuck. Customer service through company office is not consistent and what reflected at office is not always same as talking and securing on line. One has to follow up to guarantee pricing. I will compliment the office staff as they are sympathetic, helpful and personal and units appear secure. I'm not sure these 2 benefits are worth the $98.00 monthly increase. I do plan on getting my things removed ASAP but that's dependent on circumstances currently waiting upon. I can't wait to vacate and save $100. Per month. Ask questions and get contacts in writing and do not assume they will be careful with you through honesty and pricing.

My sister was moving her stuff to Virginia and sent an email way ahead of time to make sure she got the correct truck size to go into the gate. When the truck arrived she refused to let the truck on the premises even though it met the requirements. She then made new requirements up and when the truck driver said that his truck was what she tried to say it was. I asked to see the policy, she said it was in the lease agreement. I asked to see that and she said oh it's not in there. I would not recommend this place. This is just my encounter. My sister was treated poorly by this same lady on several different occasions. Lo and behold, when the gate to get out opened there was a huge ditch from the construction and no way to get out!! I called again and again and kept talking to someone at the Fife location and they said we don't see any movement in the Nalley Valley Office. I had to sit and wait for another car to come through gate and get out that way or i would have been stuck there who knows how long. No one bothered to call me and see if i was ok or to discuss it. Rosa is HORRIBLE. Communication is non-existent at this place and customer service is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
