Shocked at the lack of customer service and follow through. Two weeks after my order was placed, no ship confirmed or update. I used the website 'Help' portal but received no response. I called the physical store location a minimum of 7x but no answer. So I used the Help portal again. No response. After a month of no response or order update, I contacted Paypal to cancel my order. And wouldn't you know it--a day later, I finally get a response. The excuse given by Desteenation: "Your message got sent to junk mail"--I didn't send an email though. I contacted them through their portal, so how would it end up in junk mail? I get that there are businesses that aren't great at customer service, but I don't like being lied to. After another week of no update, I finally got my money back. The business didn't send me the refund--Paypal got my money back. If you feel like you really want to order from this site, use Paypal or a credit card. That way you can get your money back if the company doesn't respond.

I have always purchased my beds at issaquah mattress firm. but after being treated horribly by one of their sales gals two weeks ago, I reached out to find an old familiar face who had transferred to another mattress firm in Bellevue. she has a track record of meeting my needs and restored my faith in mattress firm. I would steer away from the issaquah mattress firm store, after receiving half my order in a delivery, they refused to fix an order they had mistakenly made, then proceeded to blame me for the order and argued endlessly, refusing to fix order to a reasonable customers expectation. I will forever shop at the Bellevue location and purchase all my beds in the future with my favorite mattress firm redhead!

I brought my family into Edmonds for a fun day of walking, lunch and exploring. When you see the store of course there are beautiful displays of garden art and mainly glass in the store front. There are numerous signs requesting no photos. There are NO SIGNS mentioning to ask for help in picking up or NOT TO TOUCH. My father was interested in a glass bee for my mother and it fell off the brass rod and the wings broke. I assume she was the owner and blocked the door and was not friendly nor understanding and insisted we pay for the bee. I tried to reason with her that the other bees in the display were securely attached and what happened was an accident and that we were very sorry. This piece was $140 and she was not letting them leave without paying. I asked my parents to leave with my young child as she didn't need to listen to this greedy awful woman berate my father for having an honest accident with glass that wasn't securely displayed. I explained to her numerous times there are NO SIGNS anywhere asking for people not to touch the pieces or to ask for assistance. I paid her $80 for the broken bee because I can have the glass fused and repaired. Her attitude, service and disrespect were appalling and disgusting! Shame on you!!

I don't buy myself candles because I'm sensitive to fragrances, they usually trigger migraines, especially cheap candles. So I had no recollection how I got this candle, but decided the cinnamon vanilla smell was worth a try. A few moments after lighting the candle I got really quiet and was trying to figure out where this static sound was coming from. I realized it was the candle crackling and took a video. That was such a unique experience. It was relaxing, like sitting by a fireplace. Especially as the aroma spread through the room. It was like being wrapped in a cozy blanket by the fire. I lit that candle almost every night until one morning I accidentally knocked it off my bedside table and the glass broke. I immediately looked up Entity Candle and saw it was a small family owned candle store in Seattle. My husband contacted them to see if we could attend a candle making class the Wednesday after my birthday while we were in Seattle. Originally they weren't having any classes that day, but the owner's plans changed and she let us know she could accommodate the two of us. We smelled all the candles and so many scents reminded me of various times and places in my life. We made two candles, Onyx and Mt. Rainier, and the spend some time cutting and getting to know Shanise as our candles set. I 100% recommended this little shop for anyone who loves candles or melts. Anyone looking for a fun activity for a group should check out the candle making class. Support local family owned shops. Support quality made items.
