Our family had the absolute BEST experience today. Both of the owners are kind, genuine and knowledgeable about their business Celebrating a birthday here was perfection. Driving from Milton was a drive, but so worth it! And who knew, we are practically neighbors Thank you for a wonderful experience, delightful candles and a beautiful day.

One day I found the most delicious smelling candle in my home and decided to light it before going to bed. I don't buy myself candles because I'm sensitive to fragrances, they usually trigger migraines, especially cheap candles. So I had no recollection how I got this candle, but decided the cinnamon vanilla smell was worth a try. A few moments after lighting the candle I got really quiet and was trying to figure out where this static sound was coming from. I realized it was the candle crackling and took a video. That was such a unique experience. It was relaxing, like sitting by a fireplace. Especially as the aroma spread through the room. It was like being wrapped in a cozy blanket by the fire. I lit that candle almost every night until one morning I accidentally knocked it off my bedside table and the glass broke. I immediately looked up Entity Candle and saw it was a small family owned candle store in Seattle. My husband contacted them to see if we could attend a candle making class the Wednesday after my birthday while we were in Seattle. Originally they weren't having any classes that day, but the owner's plans changed and she let us know she could accommodate the two of us. We smelled all the candles and so many scents reminded me of various times and places in my life. We made two candles, Onyx and Mt. Rainier, and the spend some time cutting and getting to know Shanise as our candles set. I 100% recommended this little shop for anyone who loves candles or melts. Anyone looking for a fun activity for a group should check out the candle making class. Support local family owned shops. Support quality made items.

Truly an incredible spot for families with little ones, but also just enchanting for anyone who loves plants, decor, or cozy vibes. The plant selection is massive, the seasonal decor is stunning, and the gift shop?? Dangerous. I wanted one of everything. On top of all that, they have a café on site with drinks and food, which makes it way too easy to linger longer than planned (no regrets). Swanson's is one of those rare places that feels like a destination, not just a store. An absolute gem & I'm obsessed.

I ordered lavender rosemary latte but my coffee came as plain latte. The tall girl with short colorful hair is weird as if she has something against you! The food was even worse. My salad was full of wilted vegetables, and the bacon and potatoes were cold, hard, and clearly cooked hours ago. To top it off, the plates have deep grooves that make it impossible to eat--ketchup and egg yolks get stuck in the grooves. I genuinely worried about the material's safety. If you want to help people, start by serving fresh, safe food. I wouldn't be surprised if that salad was a health hazard. I just wasted over $30 for a very low quality food. Also, all the great looking food in the photos on yelp, on not served any longer.
