Very good pizza. It reminds of Papa John's when they were still a good pizza place. This will be my new go to pizza spot.

Chatter noise was low enough Iwe could reasonably talk together! She started with a french onion soup, steamy and thick, obviously homemade!! I had a lobster bisque with baquettes. She then chose the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes & green beans. I had the braised short ribs Mirepoix, garlic mash potatoes & csteamed carrots with short rib reduction! We topped the night off with a delightful PRINCESS DIANA'S Taste of Ocala award winning Bruleed Bread Pudding w/ fresh berries & Amaretto , Almonds!! Btw, the Chicken fried steak is offered every Sunday. Our server, Joanne, was excellent and very knowledgeable!! The only downside was about 3 items unavailable due to heavy traffic on Valentine's Day on Saturday. The tables were candlelit, clean, and seating was comfortable. I wont mention our coke & tea, we just dont imbibe in alcoholic drinks. But it appeared they had a wide assortment of choices!! I recommend THE BRAISED ONION!!

We got sat right away and greeted by our server. Our server was nice and helpful with the menu. We ordered fish n chips, Hawaiian salad, pow pow chicken, and chicken picatta. The salad came out with fresh ingredients and the dressing was delicious. The rest of the food was not good. The pow pow chicken was mostly breading and no chicken. The few small pieces of chicken we did have were way over cooked. The fish and chips had the same problem - mostly breading and no fish. Also, they don't have tartar sauce. I've never been to a place that sells fish n chips that doesn't have tartar sauce. The dining area is an open concept. There were some plants spread around the place is clean. Over all, the server was nice but the food wasn't very good. I wouldn't recommend eating there. We will try someplace else next time we are in town.

Unfortunately for me I was looking for a brewery experience and Big Hammock is not that. They do have a good amount of local craft beers on tap which is a definite plus. They just didn't have any of their own beer. Maybe they are brewing, but if they are not, they should change the brewery in their name to brew pub because the name is definitely misleading. It is really awkward making this review, because I really did not get the full experience. I walked in, looked around, checked out the beer menu, asked if they had any of their own beers. When that answer was "no" I left. The end.

It was packed when we were there, but we were able to find 2 seats at the bar, which was perfect. We got to watch the short order magic happening in that tiny kitchen. Because we got to watch the food prep, we ended up ordering several dishes to split. I'd call it Asian fusion. We had a ramen bowl, some bao buns. It's a nice vibe. Murals on the wall, and doors that roll up for inside/outside service when the weather is nice. They do offer food takeout, so if you can't find a seat, have a beer while they put your food together to eat at home.

Considering the place was pretty busy at 9am on a Sunday. We were told that there was usually a 15-20 minute wait with how they make the pancakes, but we were not in a rush anyway, and really needed coffee first to wake up after rushing due to an emergency phone call at 5am to get to the rehab center where my mom is at close by. Our food arrived in about 10 minutes, Oh, and these are not your granddad's pancakes. These are pancakes on steroids! Delicious and fresh these monsters are huge and more than enough to fill your belly. They have an all you can eat option too! That's nuts! I was ready to be rolled out of the place after my one serving. Our server was terrific, friendly, funny, and attentive. Filled our coffees a few times, brought us ice water, and made our morning a bit more cheerful under the circumstances. Our meals were prepared just right, but those pancakes are the stars here. We ordered the 2-2-2 combo - 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 strips of bacon or sausage, $15, and worth it. As the owners had more of a farm stand and eatery before moving to this spot they have kept that cozy and quaint vibe with the decor and assorted items and jellies for sale in racks by the entrance. Clean bathrooms. The dining area offers plenty of seating with booths and smaller tables, clean and bright. Many breakfast, brunch, and lunch items to choose from. Located in a corner spot at the end of a strip mall which has a Planet Fitness and near Walmart.

Stella's continues to impress with fresh ingredients and absolutely incredible bread. I wasn't sure since it being 2 years since I was here if they would have the breakfast I had last time. I was surprised they did have it so I ordered the Spanish Egg Breakfast, which came with arugula, chorizo, heirloom tomatoes, ciabatta toast, and a preserve. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the chorizo added a great smoky-spicy kick, and the heirloom tomatoes were sweet and juicy. The arugula balanced everything out with a slight peppery bite, and the ciabatta toast was just amazing--crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfect with the preserve. I also had the Jamón Serrano Sandwich & split it with my bf. It was just as good as it sounds. The jamón serrano, manchego, and basil pesto were a perfect combination--savory, nutty, and herby--all sandwiched between that same incredible ciabatta. Every bite was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service was friendly, though the wait was a little longer than expected. Still, the quality of the food made up for it. Definitely won't wait as long to return next time!

It looks like a store from the outside but I did see someone sitting inside sipping wine so I was intrigued. As you walk in, there is a spacious seating area at the front of the store. Then it kind of transitions into a market store. There is a counter you order food at and pay for items. There is a small bar with seating next to that as well. We browsed the market items and picked up a couple of items. We went to the counter to pay and that is when I realized you can order food and drinks. If you order something that takes time to prepare, it is brought to you at a table. Since I ordered a glass of wine, I just waited there for it and went to sit. Hubs retrieved a beer from the fridge. The owner was the individual we interacted with and he was very pleasant. There was constant traffic the entire time we were there so I hope that means they will remain in business. The prices were not too crazy and it is a perfect place to have a drink and/ or gourmet snacks. I definitely want to return and try other items on the menu.

Menu is posted on wall near cash register where you place order - there were several people in line ahead of us and they were standing right against sign so we were unable to read all options without asking them to step back. The vegetarian in our group was pleased to see several options for sandwiches and salads for them to choose from. We ended up with Grilled Cheese, Grilled Apple and Cheese, and Cuban sandwiches. We were given a pager for when our meal would be ready and set off to find seats. There were lots of open tables and chairs indoors, but with it being a nice day, we chose to sit outside at a metal table and chairs, under the building roof overhang / walkway. It allowed us to see the action of boats coming and going. Unfortunately for us, after we started eating, a person sat at the next table and had a very loud voice and his topic of conversation was not one we cared for. (not restaurant's fault but it did make us wonder about indoor acoustics). Food was good. The 2 grilled cheeses were are artisan bread which had the most delightful crunch with each bite. The cuban had a flavorful smokey taste. All 3 dishes came with chips. I was very surprised to get homemade chips vs a snack pack. In general I don't eat potato chips, but these were very good and I ate more than I probably should have. All 3 sandwiches were very large and we easily could have split 1 between 2 of us. Each of us brought 1/2 our sandwiches home for supper and I was very surprised and pleased that the bread still had its crunch.
