Chantilly gets busy on the weekends, but never as busy as a weekend at Fairfax. This location is manageable during the week. It usually has everything I'm looking for (Fairfax sells out faster). Because there are strip malls neighboring, there's ample parking overflow. At peak hours during the weekend, you can find a spot near Potbelly. Pharmacists are kind and helpful. Expect lines on the weekend. Overall customer service is hit or miss- sometimes I'm met with the friendliest sample distributor/ welcomer/ or cashier, other times they just can't be bothered. Meh, no skin off my back. I'll just get my $5 chicken and be on my way. I love any Costco food court. Staff here is also hit or miss- lately there's a moody teenager that just wants to leave. Food is always what I expect. Grab you a glizzy as a post shopping reward.

Other folks were thinking the same thing. They had thicker cut and thinner cut steaks packaged up. The recipe called for thick cut so that's what I went with. I don't think Costco can control the price of the meat but the price was up around $30 for 4 ribeyes. I picked it up anyway. Next was the unsalted butter...took a bit to find but I grabbed that as well. This process may have taken 10 minutes. The store is jammed as I expected. Self checkout (where I usually go) was backed up 20 people deep. Ok, I'll wait for a cashier. The line I picked had a couple getting stuff packed into the cart, a couple of older ladies, a person in front of me with 2 items and I have 2 items. The store really should impose a fee on customers who refuse to load their stuff on the belt. The old ladies were way to busy talking to load anything on the belt. The cashier has to do all the extra work for some reason. When I finally made it through and paid for my stuff it was 45 minutes. 45 minutes! Next time I'll drive to the Fairfax location. Maybe it's time to hire faster cashiers or have helpers taking stuff out of the carts of customers who are too lazy to put their stuff on the belt. Two items took almost an hour. Yeah, I'll be shopping at another location.

And although you say you accept new and gently used items, sometimes a volunteer wants to cherry pick. Everything is always carefully packed and protected as necessary, and we're not going to unpack and repack boxes at someone's whim, and then find somewhere else for items not taken. After many years donating to a variety of nonprofit thrift shops, and sadly our favorite one shutting down, we're giving up on the Treasure Hound. We have not had similar problems with any other shop. It makes us sad because we prefer to support a group like yours that helps animals.

I started coming to Sam's Club once I realized how advanced they are and no crowds (compared to…read moreCostco). They are very advanced, with the app, so I pretty much have zero interaction with staff...except at the exit. Not sure where to even start! They pretty much carry everything in bulk, similar to Costco, but they don't have as much variety. -Shopping: There is an option to use "Scan & Go" on the app by scanning all the items while shopping (or at the end...). Once completed, there is a designated "check out" area (instead of checkout lane) and payment is made directly through the app and VOILA, done! The exit arches have cameras that capture the items in the cart and match to the receipt, which means someone does not have to count the items manually. There is also a separate self-checkout area where we can use their scanner to scan the items and pay accordingly. -Gas pump: There is an option on the app under "Fuel" to scan the QR code on the pump, select the correct payment option and follow the instructions to fill gas. So EASY! There is also the old school way of scanning the membership card. I will no longer use the optical department as no one working when I'm at the club and and they don't know which eye benefit providers they accept and provide incorrect information. I won't even go into our experience, otherwise I'd have to lower the stars. They also have a small food court, which has the basic inexpensive foods such as pizza, hot dog, soft serve, etc. They do sell the infamous $4.99 rotisserie chicken. The bakery is large, but I haven't purchased any of their cakes, so I can't speak to those. The croissants are good though! There is plenty of parking available dedicated solely to Sam's Club, even if they are next to Walmart.

How To Receive Your Freight Shipment From Ferguson Home". 1: Inspect the Package for Damage Make note of any damage to the package before you sign. 2. Inspect your items on the spot or immediately after the driver leaves. 3: Set Up A Return Within 2 Days If you discover damaged or missing items, take at least 3 pictures and set up a return immediately! Because it stated "...before you sign." I assumed I needed to be home when my vanity arrived. I think anyone with a half a brain would have assumed that. I took the day off from work to be here for the delivery and found out (on my own; no one called me or texted me or sent me an email) that it was delayed and would be arriving on Monday. No one told me that. Thank you Ferguson Home! I lost a vacation day because of you. I also found out that I do not need to sign for the package. I found that out from R&L Carrier. You need to learn how to manage customer expectations better.
