They answered all questions, managed expectations when we chose quartzite stone for our counters. once the stone was selected it was cut and installed the counters by the quoted date. provided a sample of the stone when available so that we could shop for tile.

I did a lot of research and got 1/2 a dozen estimates on my kitchen remodel, most of which were outrageously expensive! Then I found Eric (the owner of Better Granite Garcia). He was absolutely amazing and so wonderful to work with. He answered my call immediately and came the same day to give me an estimate on new kitchen countertops as well as bathroom vanity tops. I have never remodeled a kitchen before and was a little nervous about blowing my budget. Eric walked through it with me every step of the way. From designing the island to fit my kitchen perfectly, choosing the color and stone that not only fit my taste but my budget as well. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive products and tried to help me save without cutting corners. I must have called him 50 times with 100 different questions and he never seemed to get annoyed with me and was always prompt to return my calls and texts. His staff did an incredible job. They were on time, worked hard all day and totally transformed my kitchen and bathrooms and made them look stunning! They payed very close attention to every detail. I would have never known one of my counter tops was in two pieces because they cut it and put it back together so well it literally looked seamless. They also cleaned up so well when they left there wasn't a speck of dust on my floors! Every one of his employees went above and beyond what they were paid to do and it really showed. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! It's not often you find contractors like this...ever!!!!!! I would give them 10 stars out of 5! The only regret I have is not finding them sooner.

I can't believe how perfect this color combo is (dark in the back and the lighter quartzite on the island and valet). My hubby is still doing a lot of trim work in the kitchen - but seriously this turned out better than I ever could have imagined! Pics attached (I'll post more when everything is done). The price was far better than the competitors (at least the ones we looked into), Berkan made the process so easy and pleasant, everything moved super quickly and oooo yeah driving around on a golf cart picking our stone for our kitchen was pretty cool too! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this company (and Berkan)!!

7/23/25 We were referred to Neka Granite by family and…read moreinitially excited to work with them. But our experience was a nightmare. We chose a rare Ijen Blue Quartzite slab--half light, half dark--and clearly communicated (in person, by text, and with a visit to their showroom) that we wanted the light portion at the front sink area and dark in the back. They agreed multiple times. Installation day came, and the layout was completely reversed. They had cut the slab incorrectly, and no one warned us. When we paused the install, we were blamed for not buying a $450 rendering. Yet no one told us this was required to ensure our layout was followed. When we voiced concern, the regional manager, BK, called and was shockingly unprofessional, telling me to calm down, saying our job was "just one slab," and implying our project was too small to matter. He refused to take responsibility and repeatedly said they "did nothing wrong." He also said that they would have cut it anyway they determined was right and it didn't matter if we did the rendering. Being gaslit, told my project was small, and changing the orientation of the beautiful quartzite was beyond the pale. The way they cut the stone did change how we had planned our kitchen to look. For a $10,000 job on a $2,800 slab, this was beyond disappointing. We allowed the install just to get them out of our home. I've worked with contractors nationwide, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The installers were amazing. What left a bit to be desired was negative interaction with one of the owners on the phone during the install, and the follow-up customer service. I contacted them back in November about the issue and never heard back. I'm more than a little disappointed.

Getting a new stone countertop for a small kitchen can be a challenge, because most stone suppliers…read moreand fabricators require that you buy an entire slab-- which can be VERY pricey! I must've gone to a dozen different places that stated that they had remnants, only to find the selection to be minimal or non-existant. Fairfax Marble in Merrifield had the widest selection of marble, quartzite, and granite remnants I've ever seen! Enes was so helpful and patient, he knew what I was looking for, and was able to zero in on many pieces for me to consider-- out of what seemed like a thousand different slabs and pieces! I found the perfect remnant for a kitchen needing only 26 sq feet of stone. Then, Enes was able to schedule measuring and templating on only a day's notice! The installation followed almost immediately afterwards. Fairfax Marble will work with you-- or your contractor-- to find just the right stone, and they'll help you plan the edges, overhang, and any cut-outs or holes that need to be made for fixtures. I would highly recommend them for any size kitchen-- but especially for the smaller kitchen where you don't want or need to spend the extra money on a whole slab that you'll never use!

The sink was crooked to start with. For us, this was a huge investment and expense! Now, just a few years later, there is a leak between the sink and the quartz. I was told that this happens when the company used inferior adhesives to attach the sink to the countertop. When I called down to discuss this, the first guy that answered accused me of throwing heavy objects into the sink, meaning their defective work was my fault. The second guy kept telling me about his $70,000 car with peeling paint, and that I should accept their subpar workmanship! AVOID this company at any cost!

As we were peering in the window, Mr. Mosen who was near his car ready to leave, asked us if he could help. We said, that's okay, we'll come back, but he opened the shop, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great price. We had already been to a few other shops, so we knew we were getting a great deal. We placed our order and made our down payment. Sunday morning I realized I probably left my credit card at the shop. Since Mr. Mosen had given me his cell number, I texted him and asked him to check when the shop opened on Monday. He said no problem, he would go and check right away. My card was there and I went to retrieve it. Next great customer service-- we saw a quartz stone we liked in the shop. Mr. Mosen suggested another stone based on what we were looking for, but he did not have a sample. He went to distributer and got a sample and brought it to our house. He was right, a better choice, so that is what we ordered. The counters were ready as promised, Jesus and his colleague were great. Very professional and efficient when they did the installation. A sink was provided, we bought our own faucet. We also provided a plumber to re-connect everything. Found our plumber on Yelp. Cabinets will be painted using a painter we found on Yelp. This shop is directly located next to another company. Be sure to visit the right shop. Home Depot was more expensive, and the other two shops were more expensive and I would have given the other two shops three stars or less for my initial experience. One shop the sales rep was patronizing, but did explain things. The other shop the sales rep told me to wander about and write down what I liked-I would give that shop zero stars. I hope you get the same great customer service we did because it was truly above and beyond. AAA++++
