Mark the Manager was amazing and helped us when some of our orders of nachos had jalapeños in them when we ordered them without jalapeños and a side of sour cream. Mark quickly corrected our orders and brought out new nachos. This is the second time I've had dinner with my friends at the SFG for a ladies night meet up. We all ordered nachos because they are super delicious with tri tip. We were told you can order them with pulled pork. My friends told Mark that it was my birthday and he was so kind to send me home with some carrot cake which was so incredibly moist and delicious. He was ok though. Now the food was kind of good. Caesar salad was tangy. Great portion. Brisket needed a bit more flavor. No steak sauce to cover up the flavoring though! only Aju sauce so bring your own steak sauce! No disrespect! Food was ok. Unfortunately we got the mash potatoes at the end of the meal. At first glance it looks good a fire place out side. Not for guests to wait and enjoy a warm area, but for ppl that reserve the outside dinning area. Place looked busy with alot of cars but you need to understand that the parking is shared with the other restaurant's. The girl at the front was super nice and helpful explained how it works (Audrey) we sat at our table. Food came out quick l. Was not so happy with the food pasta was a bit under cooked. Pizza was bald no flavor. Now the service was horrible. Once they bring out your food they don't come back at all. Not asking us if we need anything. There is a pretty good amount of seating. The prices are not too bad and the food is in pretty good portions and usually doesnt taste bad. The food takes around 5-15 minutes which is not that long. In from out of town, we found this place online. It looked like a nice restaurant, and the menu was extensive. I was taken aback to find it was "order at the counter." With such a huge menu, it was difficult to make quick decisions, when I had hoped to be led to a table and given time to peruse the menu. I ordered mac and cheese, carrot cake and iced tea. My husband had a burger. We chose to sit outside. I got a table while he got our drinks. The table was absolutely grimy! It had not been wiped in quite a while. The iced tea dispenser was empty, so he got us tropical flavored tea. It was not fruity. Whatever the flavor was tasted like soap. Our orders came. His burger looked great. My mac and cheese was a huge order of very bland food. Not good at all. The carrot cake, I'm happy to say, was the best I've ever had. But my final bite was washed down with soap-flavored tea. Stonefire Grill was my go to place when my friends and I wanted a quick and yummy meal with my girls to catch up. Over the years, the quality has gone down until recently and now with their affordable "SUMMER SPECIAL FAMILY MEAL BUNDLES TO GO"...you can feed a family of 4 or have enough leftovers to pack for lunches the next day for $50. You get a salad, pizza, pasta, and breadsticks. You can also get a piece of their delicious carrot cake for additional $5. Everything turned out pretty good... I wish my "the Works" pizza and the rigatoni had a little bit more sauce and cheese, but everything was pretty decent. My family and I came here for a Birthday celebration. 9 of us on a Sunday afternoon. From the moment we got there I was very impressed with how organized everything seemed. It was packed and 2 large parties had pretty much taken over the restaurant. I was told there would be a short wait due to our party of 9, but the young gentleman which unfortunately I didn't get his name(young gentleman with dark short curly hair) was extremely helpful. He went out of his way along with I believe was the Manager(Mark) to get us a table as soon as possible. They were very attentive as we waited in the lobby. Made a point to make sure we were comfortable and letting us know our table would be ready soon. That attentiveness during such a hectic time at the restaurant was admirable. Visitation Rights: Been here a lot of times through out the years. I even had my birthday dinner here couple of times. Ambiance/Decor: Nice inviting ambiance with modern furnishings. If you want to eat outside, they have an outdoor patio with heat lamps. At night time, you can check out their firepit. Order Of Operations: 1) Order and pay up front 2) Find a table (Make sure you have the pager. That'll let the staffers know where you are so they can bring your food to you). Grab your plates, utensils (knives, forks, and spoons), napkins and beverages. 3) Wait for the food to come to your table and start shoving spoonful and forkfull of food in your mouth. 4) Tip at the end if you like. (I dislike tipping before you experience the service of the staffers) Service: Service is pretty good. The food comes at a decent time and staffers are friendly and attentive. Food Of Choice: Come for the ribs, grilled chicken, and the works pizza (kinda reminds me of the combo pizza at costco. RIP). Fresh ingredients and the food tastes awesome blossom. My significant other and I got dinner here for to go and it did not disappoint. We tried ordering online or calling ahead of time but it wouldn't let us / no one answered. The wait time after we ordered in person was only 10 minutes however. We ordered the family meal for 4 people. We got the lemon garlic half chicken and pepper garlic Gorgonzola butter Tri tip with a large Caesar salad and 12 freshly baked breadsticks then we added the shareable cream corn and garlic mashed potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese and shredded cheese. It hit the spot. We were so hungry by the time we got home I forgot to take a picture of what our to go meals looked like. Chicken was moist even their chicken breast and the tri tip was tender, but it was a little more medium than medium rare. My significant other ends up never saying no to getting Stonefire Grill for lunch or dinner when we don't know what to eat. All this for a little less than 75$ including tax. So if you think about it, it's less than $20 each for a family of 4 or in our case; we get this and there's enough for dinner and lunch to take to work the next day plus plenty of bread sticks to eat whenever. May 2024 - Party of 11 on a Saturday around 530pm. TLDR, 5 stars for the food that was perfectly cooked and delicious. Minus 2 for the service. Fireplace fumes were not appealing to smell. Tritip sauce spilled all over the table, chair, and my clothes. Staff said "oh sorry for the little drip". If I hadn't moved, it would've been much more "drip" on my belongings. For the price point, I expected a much better dining experience and I'm pretty disappointed with the overall service and ambiance. Food/Pricing - Mega Meal - $180 The chicken was tender and skin had a yummy crunch. Ribs were fall off the bone. Tritip was medium rare and perfect. Mashed potatoes looked unassuming but had some great crispy parts and were yum. Also enjoyed the Caesar salad and bread sticks. Service/Ambiance - Seated outside next to the fireplace. Not ideal since you can smell the gas coming out of it but the alternative would've been to wait 45 minutes for an indoor table. It was very loud and echoed. Every time someone moved a metal chair it made a horrid screeching sound on the cement floor. The plate used for the meat looks like a flat tin pizza tray... Of course sauce would spill everywhere. Presentation didn't do the food justice. They bring you empty cups. Guests have to grab their own water, soda, plates, and utensils/ napkins. This wasn't explained to us so we were confused for a bit. Runners were very confused and came up to our table multiple times to ask if we ordered a cake, salad, or meat.
