It is worth the drive to their plant in Rickreall, Oregon, to look at the model displays that they have. The displays include pavers in different sizes, colors, and patterns, including circles. These pavers and related materials can be bought at the company's Rickreall location, or from other distributors of pavers. The pavers are delivered to you quickly from the Rickreall plant. The friendly driver and assistant are skilled at driving the delivery truck and the modified forklift to deliver the products to the work site. The people in the office in Rickreall are very helpful in explaining their products, and in answering questions. I spoke to several people there and their knowledge is impressive. Today I talked with Paul by phone and he gave me good information about completing the installation of the pavers. Based on my experience I think this is a good Oregon company that should be supported.

The entire build was a nightmare, multiple failed city inspections and lied about every one of them when we asked if they passed. He kept having his crew (he was never on the job site) do horrible quality work and insisted on payments every couple of weeks which I did because I live out of state and trusted my sister to be monitoring the job, she was oblivious to what was going on and was being lied to and manipulated by Armando. Armando kept screwing up non-stop for 3 months, giving us sob stories about his life & kept promising my sister all kinds of free stuff and somehow convinced her to not report him to the state even though I caught him excessively padding bills and not paying his subcontractors after I already paid him thousands for their work. One bill was for concrete, he charged me $7k, I called the company and the job was $4,800. He breached the contract on so many levels, extremely shoddy work, laid bathroom tile on plywood, left horrible bulging seams on all the walls of the addition, plastered the severely misaligned ceiling seam in the bathroom for 2 weeks then painted over it. The foundation he poured has holes all around the perimeter where water will get under the house. The ceiling beams were bowed and luckily the city caught that one. Framing on the entire build was trash and he tore up an existing patio roof and just left it. This guy has multiple complaints with the Oregon CCB, had his license suspended and the previous clients of his 6 months prior to us he also did the same exact thing to them at the tune of $400k! With everything this incompetent theif has done, he has destroyed our family. I strongly suggest you DO NOT HIRE ARMANDO CERVANTES, you will regret it.
