Replacing our back steps…read more The wooden steps that came with our house when we bought it were marginal at best and that was nearly 25 years ago. We had a rickety rail on one side that was removed when we had the sliding glass back door replaced. I've included the before pictures of what we had. Scary, aren't they? In less than two days, Francisco removed the old ones and replaced them with new steps with solid heavy-duty railings. The new steps, with their shorter risers, are much safer and easier for the less steady among us. One of the most gratifying things was how well Francisco listened when we explained what we needed an turned it into a reality. Husband said that the steps were exactly what he was thinking. Our new steps are solid, well-built, and really very nice. Thank you, Coho Contracting and Francisco!!!!

We needed two sections of fencing with gates on either side of the house facing the street. Wow!…read more Great job by Carlos, Raul, and Hayden. They arrived just after 8, got right to work removing the old fence and worked straight through until 3:30. The gates came complete with locking latches and keys. Hayden gave me a lesson in how to lock the gates from either or both sides. They are so cool. The team totally cleaned up and removed all construction debris. Except for the new fencing you would never know they had been here. This is the second fencing project OnPoint has completed for us and should we need more work to be done they will receive a call back. Thanks guys.

It's still leaking so he came out to patch up and put a few new shingles on, after he charged her $200, this time, for a patch last month....well it started raining again and guess what!!!?! It's LEAKING a week after Trent did it!!! You can see the previous spots that spray paint was sprayed on inside ceiling by him. My mom has been trying to get a hold of him for a weeks just to find out he sold it to another company and THEY won't honor any warranties the company made!! It's only been 6 years and it's a 30 year roof supposedly So my elderly mom is $h!t out of luck!?! And come to find out they put nails all over shingles and not in the nail hole spots. Very careless. This is SO wrong! Now we had 4 estimates and they all say she needs a new roof! You can see nails poking through and there's mold and some dry rot starting in attic I hate this for my elderly mom. If you buy a company you buy the good and the bad, warranties should be honored!!! She has neighbors that also used them in senior estates and are having problems! I had them do mine 3 years ago and I've already had a leak last year. I'm scared I'm going to have the same problem with my roof I think it's time to call a lawyer...

If not for the hidden charges I would give them 5 stars. There was obvious visible flashing metal he knew would have to be replaced on the barge board during the quote process. After they had gotten into the job I get a call asking if I wanted to replace it. Of course my answer is yes because it would be so mangled and ugly you'd have to replace it. Then they ask if I wanted it painted and of course you would want it painted in the middle of winter because of rain and weather you don't want it getting rotten again. The quote had no mention of flashing metal or painting and that is where they got me. If you use them make sure you talk about obvious cost overruns because that flashing was obvious in my mind.

I'd like to say what a relief to deal with a company that actually comes through with professionals who arrive on time, ready to work. Emillio, inspected our roof and gave us a full consultation. He had demos and was able to clearly walk us through our options. We chose to replace the whole roof and we received a very fair price and a guaranteed work. The work was to start a few weeks out, I was happy to not have to call or check in to make sure if they were going to show up. Emillio communicated clearly and the work started as planned. I have to also put in good words for his choice of workers, he has a good team of workers. All of them respectful and diligent, they started right away and impressively worked til nearly the sunset! The quality of roof products, the quality of work done, the reliability shown and the end result of a beautiful roof make us very happy. I write this review and wish I could put down 10 stars. We will always recommend Roof it all to anyone needing to give their home some roof attention.
