We needed two sections of fencing with gates on either side of the house facing the street. Wow! Great job by Carlos, Raul, and Hayden. They arrived just after 8, got right to work removing the old fence and worked straight through until 3:30. The gates came complete with locking latches and keys. Hayden gave me a lesson in how to lock the gates from either or both sides. They are so cool. The team totally cleaned up and removed all construction debris. Except for the new fencing you would never know they had been here. This is the second fencing project OnPoint has completed for us and should we need more work to be done they will receive a call back. Thanks guys. read more

OnPoint built us a 100 ft chain link fence along a creek side during a rainstorm. They set the posts in concrete, waited a day for it to cure, then stretched the chain link very tightly along the fence line. This fence will last years! Ernesto and Miguel were happy and very neat, spending their last hour here cleaning mud off the black posts and shoveling up minor spills of concrete dust. Highly recommend! read more

A section of my fence had some panels falling out, so I hired OnPoint to replace the section. The replacement went smoothly and I paid ~$800. About 4 months later I noticed the panels warping and a piece of the wood bowing. I reached out, and they responded promptly and sent someone out to take a look that day. The guy they sent fixed the piece of wood that was bowing, but said there was nothing he could do about the panels separating. Later that day the office manager sent me a one-line email: "It looks like the panels are pre fabricated and we are unable to repair." This was less than five months after installment. I responded asking what the company would do; and received the response: "I'm going to review your project with Serge and I will get back to you on Monday." Monday passes without a response. I followed up Tuesday, and received this email: "The panels were altered by the weather and what the lumber does naturally. After speaking with Todd, he explained to you that these panels came pre fabricated and "in green". Unfortunately, when they expand and contract it can cause movement. The panels were purchased at home depot. We will look into their warranty." More than two weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. Had I been informed that the panels would start separating after just a few months, I would have readily paid more for a higher-quality replacement. Unfortunately, I was not given that option - I (mistakenly) assumed I would be getting a high-quality product. Given the additional cost of staining, I'm now out ~$1K for a brand-new, mediocre-looking section of fencing. read more

Customer service is everything! It's what people remember, even if the product is done well. A companies customer care should match the final product, in order to earn the trust and respect of customers, their referrals and repeat business. In September, my husband and I hired OnPoint to build a fence between us and our new neighbors. Our new neighbors agreed to split the costs, which included custom gates for each home owner. I'm reviewing on behalf of my husband and my experience, not our new neighbors. And I'm not sharing all the troubling details. The fence itself was satisfactory and the builders had good communication, as we expected. We appreciate that. Unfortunately, the back end emails, phone calls and other communication with office staff was difficult and left much to be desired. It was stressful! There were errors on the estimate and miscommunications from office staff about billing. What my husband and I experienced could and should have been avoided. We consider OnPoint rates premium compared to other local fence companies. After investing thousands in a new fence, I'd rather be writing a 5 star review but that was not our experience. read more

Work was mostly completed on schedule except for the gravel which was completed over a week later. I'm satisfied with the result as the dogs have not escaped since installation. I think they had some labor/scheduling issues but the end result was great. read more

We interviewed three companies for our fence and chose Eddie and OnPoint. From start to finish Eddie was honest, friendly, equitable and fair, and did a fantastic job on our fence. He and his crew were on time and so easy to work with. The job was finished in a day and a half and he stopped by a couple of days later to check on things and make sure the cement was settling well. To my surprise, On Point fencing used staples to attach the boards to the frame. when I questioned them about using staples he said that it would cost more to actually use screws. I paid top dollar for this one section of fence. Then section was 35 ft long, used only 3 new posts and it cost $2,333.50. I felt they should have used screws not staples for that amount. Eddie did tell me that they would come out and fix the fence when the staples come out. read more
