What Zezar explained aligned with the first two inspections, however he provided three options on how to service the issue. During the installation of our drainage system, the foreman gave us a call everyday notifying us when they where 30min away. Everyday they arrived between 8-9am as planned. Additionally, at the end of each day we were provided an update on what was completed and what they would be working on next. I also asked for pictures of their daily progress which was provided. Melinda was also a great touch point and very timely in responding to questions and even calling ahead with updates for items such as delays in materials due to unavoidable COVID back orders.
