(total of 3 times$ He told me that the floors he showed me were on clearance and I could get a good price and they had it in stock in the store. When I went back to the store to return samples of a flooring another sales person helped me. I told him about what the other sales person told me the other day. The sale person told me they do not have it in stock and the needed to order it from Portland. This would have cost me more money because they needed to ordered. When I said that the sales person the other day said it was on clearance and they had it in stock. This sale person told me again it s not stock and would need to get it from Portland. He said to me it will take about 2 days to get the flooring from Portland . They are dishonest and treated me unprofessionally. I would not give them a dime. Do not use this company...run as fast as you can!!!

She also requested to have an estimate of how much to replace it all. Jason follows up the next day with a quote to replace it all, and nothing mentioning the repair. I called him up and asked him about the repair quote and he said my wife didn't ask for that. He told me there was a miscommunication on my wife's part. I know what was discussed between him and her, since and I discussed what we wanted and she called me right after to let me know. I feel that Jason heard what he wanted and disregarded the rest. My wife says the only question asked was "if the door went to the garage." He was more interested in selling luxury vinyl. If there was any miscommunication, it is because Jason was focused on what he wanted, and not what we wanted. After talking more to Jason and him becoming more combative over my wife's "miscommunication" I told him we would look elsewhere. He said "please do" and hung up.

When the bill came, it was reduced $2 per square yard. We figured that the production cost along with labor and disposal would be adjusted. We emailed our concern and the response was unprofessional and combative. Many exclamation points and condescending language. His message seemed to be we were lucky they did the job.
