    One of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, beautiful work. Excellent value! Quality people.

    My parents bought a set of very unique living room furniture in 1942, which I inherited. By 2018, the upholstery was worn and dirty, the springs were broken, and the frame was compromised. Cherry Hill Upholstery worked patiently with us to choose the perfect fabric, then replaced the foam, repaired the springs, stabilized the frame, and cleaned up the wood. The work was amazing, and the service was stellar. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We highly recommend Cherry Hill.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had. First, we drove over an hour an a half to get to this…read moreplace since it was recommended to us. When we walked in, nobody cared that we were there. We had to hunt someone down to even ask a question. We researched what we wanted since their stock was limited. They told us they had it in stock in their warehouse in Washington and that I would get it in November because shipping was taking longer than normal since Covid. Mind you, we purchased a table, bench and chairs 9-5-2022. We told them what a horrible experience we had with shipping and delivery from Home Depot and they guaranteed us that they had never had that problem with "their" drivers. They asked us to call and check-in on our order in November, if not yet delivered. I called in to check on it and now the chairs were on backorder until February. What?! They made sure it was in stock in the warehouse before I purchased so why would it now NOT be there?! Then, I told them to just deliver the table and bench. They said it would take a week for the warehouse to deliver it down to them and then they deliver to us (not sure why not direct to us). This is literally from no farther than Seattle to Salem. Heck, I'd pick it up directly myself at this point. Two MORE weeks later and it is now end of November and I called to get yet another status. 'Brenda' tells me that she can only say what they tell her and the warehouse has just not brought it down. Why I asked? Nobody knows!! No accountability whatsoever. I asked if she could get a different contractor, I even had recommendations, and she said their company will not do that. I asked if they held their drivers accountable for anything, she said they are at the mercy of short staffed drivers. I literally had professional self-employed, bonded, drivers that could do this for them. She was just annoyed and said how she couldn't sit there and deal with me and offered me a refund. I said I wanted what I paid for! I have waited this long, it shouldn't be much longer, right? Wrong! She gave absolutely no solution, hope, time frame, nothing! Being this was the 3rd time I called in, and the other two men didn't even call me back, I assumed everything was as they said. Wrong again! Their products are nice but WAY PRICEY and any customer should not be treated this way. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND unless they have it in the showroom. BRING YOUR OWN PICKUP!! I'll update post if anything changes but I and my family may be eating off my floor for Christmas thanks to these people.
