I absolutely loved working with Cherry Hill Upholstery. They were able to return my "slipper chair"…read moreto its original charm after another local upholsterer did a slap-dash job that left me devasted. Cherry Hill really went the extra mile to communicate what they were able to do, how long they estimated the process to take, and, best of all, a very fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Cherry Hill Upholstery for all of your upholstery needs.

I discussed in detail the changes I wanted in my reupholstered sofa with the actual staff who would be doing the work, such as removal of the buttons and welt, the type of stitching, and added padding. They also cautioned me about potential drawbacks of features that I proposed. I was so pleased with Cherry Hill's reupholstery work on my sofa that I took my ottoman in a week later. I've received several favorable comments from friends about how great my sofa looks.

I called ahead (several times) but the phone always goes to voicemail directing customers to an email address instead. I didn't leave a message, so maybe what follows is on me? I live over an hour away and planned for this visit. I finally located their "new" address in a row of vacant strip mall stores. I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront. Even more pathetic is the disrespect shown to potential customers by not updating the website, voicemail, or even the door of the former site. If I could give them zero stars, I would. So far, he has not done any of them (it is now mid October.). He forgot to order the fabric, then he ordered the wrong fabric, then he did not order enough fabric. He keeps putting other jobs ahead of ours or he had too many jobs to keep his own timetable. We had to call him weekly for five weeks just to get him to remove the old fabric from the dining chairs so I could refinish the wood portions. Do not e-mail him because he does not know how to access his e-mail. You cannot leave a message since he never set up voicemail. He says he will call you, but so far, he has only called me once to tell me the fabric was in, but then it was the wrong fabric. We gave him our timetable of five months to do all of our pieces. With three months gone, he hasn't started a single piece. Ifyou do not need your furniture for six months or more likely nine months, you might find that he is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
