Submitted a Yelp request about a project, received a same day response (after hours) and then they came out after a phone call the next day, which was pleasantly surprising. I was prepared to wait and be scheduled for a week or so out. They showed up when they said, did the work and it was done well! Price was super reasonable for the work being performed. The cleaning method Troy uses cannot be beat.a couple pet stains had been cleaned multiple times (no odor remained but the stain did! Within minutes the stains were permanently GONE! I used this company to clean my carpets specifically because they rated so well. I had two large rooms, an area rug and runner cleaned. But they ended up not being clean. They did smell fresh the first day but as it dried I could begin to see the stains that were there to begin with. $400 is a bit much for the service I received. read more

I cannot recommend Shepherd Carpet Cleaning highly enough--A+++ Four years ago I painted dark accent walls in the master bedroom and a guest room. There were paint stains in both carpets that I was afraid to mess with because I didn't want to make the stain worse. Troy was able to remove them all. It is if the were never there. No kidding--some stains were dark brown--the others a deep purple. One was in the middle of the room! I am getting ready to sell my house and I was really worried that these paint stains were going to be a huge problem. Not any more!!!! I called Shepherd Carpet when I got to my new home and realized the previous owner had let her pets use the carpet as a bathroom before leaving. They were able to come out same day and it only took them a couple of hours to get the whole carpet done. The house smelled substantially better after they left (there was pee elsewhere so they weren't able to totally eliminate the smell), and they were fast and courteous. The price was great for the size of my house, and I will be using their services again for my next carpet cleaning. Fantastic service. I was scheduled for a 1pm cleaning with a 3o minute call before arrival. Troy was precise and professional. Arrived on time with the scheduled call. Easily removed a tough red stain from an ink pen our puppy chewed. Our carpets are on the mature side and had puppy stains and other wear and tear.
