Outstanding work performance and customer care. The price was very fair and even came back twice for stains that resurfaced. That's not on him. There were some deep stains that I could have never got out of my carpet. If you need carpet, a rig, a couch or anything this is your guy. read more

Showed up right on time, got my carpets all cleaned up as best as it can get after years of dirt and pets. So happy with the results. Will definitely recommend and repeat next time I need service! read more

Single best customer service and carpet is super clean. Answered phone and came next day, offered options and delivered.

Great service, fair prices, and quality work. Look no further in the Salem area. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Can't say enough good things about the work of Shepherd Carpet Cleaning. Submitted a Yelp request about a project, received a same day response (after hours) and then they came out after a phone call the next day, which was pleasantly surprising. I was prepared to wait and be scheduled for a week or so out. They showed up when they said, did the work and it was done well! Price was super reasonable for the work being performed. They cleaned up the carpet repair space and the room feels nice and put together again. Would absolutely call them for future carpet jobs. read more

Called and Troy came the next day. My second time having him clean our large area rugs. As last time Troy didn't leave without doing more than was asked for. Trust, Quality, kindness and Professionalism are the qualities of Shepards Carpet cleaning. I would highly recommend Troy. Claudia read more

After calling multiple carpet repair businesses only to get turned down or no call back we found Troy! He answered right away and was at our house the very next day to fix a spot our pesky cats had tore up. He fixed it fast and it doesn't look like anything had happened at all! We will be recommending him to everyone and we are so thankful for how professional, polite and clearly talented he is! read more

We hadn't cleaned all our carpets in a very long time but it was finally down to try cleaning & replace if necessary! The cleaning method Troy uses cannot be beat.a couple pet stains had been cleaned multiple times (no odor remained but the stain did! Within minutes the stains were permanently GONE! I had my couch cleaned too which is a light linen color & it honestly looks new again. For all the excellent cleaning done, the cost was reasonable too. We highly recommend Shepherd-I will not use any other service! read more

I used this company to clean my carpets specifically because they rated so well. I had two large rooms, an area rug and runner cleaned. But they ended up not being clean. They did smell fresh the first day but as it dried I could begin to see the stains that were there to begin with. $400 is a bit much for the service I received. read more

Troy is great, fast friendly service and your floors will look great. Highly recommend.

So amazing! Great service! He came the same day I called. Got out a couple of stains on the carpet and was great pricing! Will definitely be calling again! Troy is super nice and very friendly! You can tell he loves what he does, and he does an amazing job! read more

I cannot recommend Shepherd Carpet Cleaning highly enough--A+++ Four years ago I painted dark accent walls in the master bedroom and a guest room. There were paint stains in both carpets that I was afraid to mess with because I didn't want to make the stain worse. Troy was able to remove them all. It is if the were never there. No kidding--some stains were dark brown--the others a deep purple. One was in the middle of the room! I am getting ready to sell my house and I was really worried that these paint stains were going to be a huge problem. Not any more!!!! I will definitely call them again AND I will recommend them to my friends. read more

Troy did a terrific job on our carpet! He was fast and friendly and got some tough stains out. We will definitely use his services again.

Exceptional work at a great price. They were able to make old, stained carpet look brand new! We were not sure the carpet could be saved and it looks brand new!! Great finish to it. Very professional and friendly also. read more

I called Shepherd Carpet when I got to my new home and realized the previous owner had let her pets use the carpet as a bathroom before leaving. They were able to come out same day and it only took them a couple of hours to get the whole carpet done. The house smelled substantially better after they left (there was pee elsewhere so they weren't able to totally eliminate the smell), and they were fast and courteous. The price was great for the size of my house, and I will be using their services again for my next carpet cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their carpets cleaned and pet odor eliminated! read more

These folks did a wonderful, fantastic job for us. After almost 3 years of use and abuse, along with 4 grandchildren, our carpets were getting a little dingy. Shepard's came in and made them look like new again and at rates that are far better than any other 'brand' name carpet cleaners out there !!!! Professional and friendly to boot. I will definitely use these guys again and they are highly recommended for your next job too !!!!! THANK YOU read more

Troy was responsive, punctual, and gave extra attention to cleaning, replacing the furniture and putting pieces of plastic under furniture legs for protection during the drying process. He brings water on his truck so he doesn't need to connect to the household water system. A friendly, hard-working business owner; I recommend his work. read more

Got recommended to Shepherds carpet cleaning from many people in Silverton. So glad I gave him a call and went with him!! Great service! My carpets always look brand new. His prices are very fair. Fantastic service. I was scheduled for a 1pm cleaning with a 3o minute call before arrival. Troy was precise and professional. Arrived on time with the scheduled call. Easily removed a tough red stain from an ink pen our puppy chewed. Our carpets are on the mature side and had puppy stains and other wear and tear. I dont think any other service has made our tired carpet look better. read more

It was a joy to work with Troy Shepard. He came and steamed my entire home carpet before I moved into it, just after closing. I was looking at possibly buying new carpet, but after Troy got done, he affirmed with me that I didn't need to get new carpet, just need to do a regular maintenance schedule of carpet cleaning. The carpet looks awesome and he was so prompt...actually got it done earlier than I expected, and the cost was better than the other 4 companies I called. I highly recommend Troy for any carpet cleaning job...going to use him anytime I need carpets or my couches cleaned. Sincerely, Angie R Meyers Brooks, Oregon read more

My daughter is allergic to dogs so I promised her I would have the carpets cleaned before her visit. (They needed it anyway). Troy did a fabulous job.
