It was completely BEYOND my expectations! When they did bring the rug the day after the vacation ended (clearly was done before), they didn't lay it out square so we had to move all the furniture and do it again anyway. And whatever they used as a cleaning solution has a fragrance that is still offgassing a week later. One of the delivery people was a woman and I give them a star for that.
