This local owned family owned, company just needs a little adjustment with management and communication BUT the owner gets involved and he is possibly the kindest person who really wants his buisness to do well and to make you happy. The second contractor team Laurencio was amazing and skilled. Knew exactly what was wrong and corrected it in two days. They were so professional and very respectful. Had a remodel through Dales remodeling. The floors were subcontracted through Cherry City. We paid…read morethe increased cost for higher end product. vinyl plank. They failed within a year. Boards started cracking. They kept sending out the installer to replace the cracked boards with leftover material we had from the original install. But it continued to happen. Finally, they reached out to the manufacturer who sent their own inspector out to determine what the cause was. Before this inspector came out though Jeff, the head of Cherry City sent the original installer back out to my house to make some adjustments and create gaps in the installl so it was altered before the manufacturer showed up. After they came back with their report determining it was a bad install, Jeff said that he disagreed with it. Ultimately, they didn't take care of it and we have a cracked floor in multiple places. Avoid this place at all cost. They are terrible and Jeff is a total piece of garbage.
