When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well!

She seemed to know that, said our info was on the person's desk. After a full week past when we were told we would be called, we called again, left a message, no response, called again & now got ahold of the person. He told us he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Never called back. So after 2 full weeks we don't have basic square foot pricing on countertop material. We have been to 2 other installers who have lists available when you walk into the store. It's ridiculous to not get this basic info to a customer or call them when you say you are going to. We won't be going back.

We chose Kingdom Builders to put on new Roof,…read morebecause he had the lowest cost bid, but eventually it turned out to be the Highest, and instead of "2-3 days , and a Crew of 6-8 guys".....(a story), it took over 2 weeks, and was on average about 3-4 guys at the beginning, and he and his brother at the end. I have 5 ceilings throughout house that were damaged, along with tongue and groove Douglas fir ceiling that you could see daylight with large gaps that I spent days repairing. I'm 70 yrs old...and it was quite painful to do all these repairs , but he wasn't going to. He said they would "clean up daily " before they left, another story. Said I would get PHOTOS of Roof Work and areas around Chimney that he was going to fix/seal...it never happened. Ceiling cracks, trash (which my husband cleaned up a lot), they broke front outside light and Never even told us...but did finally replace. The garage was a complete "gut"... but at the end they had ONE Horizontal 2x6 that was Floating, not really attached to anything that was supporting the whole Roof!! called him after a friend that was a contractor pointed it out, and GARY eventually showed up and stuck a 4x4 brace in. Now barely a year later, THE ROOF IS LEAKING AND HAS DAMAGED MY UPSTAIRS WALL AND CEILING, it was leaking when we had torrential rains during winter and spring, but I had Neck surgery, and could not walk up steep stairs. He has been aware of this for OVER 3 WEEKS , but still has not fixed it, nor damage to wall, ceiling. He is a "TALKER", not reliable. He will make promises, and the make up a "story". Worst choice I have ever made.
