While we have been using this service for 8+ YEARS, we are not using them anymore…read more PROS: the ladies who do the cleaning, especially Patricia CONS: Juan, the owner, scheduler. He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well!

The price was fair, however when they mounted…read morethe gutters they used gutter spikes and drove them into the fascia instead of the rafter tails. As a result, several years later (out of warranty) the weight of the gutter has pulled the fascia from the house. Overall poor workmanship. I called the company and they assured me that they would send somebody out to look at it. Two weeks later after I had to contact them a second time, Somebody finally called and said he would be out to look at it and repair. It has been another two weeks and now the rain has already started and still haven't seen the repairman. I certainly would not reccomend this company, apparently they have no pride in their work.

Greg provided a fair price with a complete description of the job. The crew showed up in a timely fashion, worked efficiently, and left our home and landscaping clean as a pin. The paint looks marvelous. The attention to detail was just what we needed to feel cared for, not just another "get it done and move on" paint job. Tye, the office manager, is a whiz of communication and scheduling. She took care of us like family from start to finish. I had several companies bid the job. Most came in quite a bit higher in price but some were lower. The lower price companies had no, or bad, reviews, and the higher priced companies didn't seem to offer much more for a much higher price tag. Hlebechuk Painting was right in the middle of price range, and after asking around, I found they had a good reputation for quality, cleanliness, and respect for the customer needs. I'm glad I chose to use Hlebechuk Painting. I highly recommend you use Hlebechuk for your painting needs.
