While we have been using this service for 8+ YEARS, we are not using them anymore. PROS: the ladies who do the cleaning, especially Patricia CONS: Juan, the owner, scheduler. He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well! read more

Juan and his employee did a wonderful job washing windows, screens, and the underside of the porch roof. It looked brand new when he finished, and he was on time and very professional. Juan was certainly a 'superhero' in cleaning all our windows (inside & outside) in our 2-story home. He was prompt and got started right way cleaning the screens & windows and even vacuumed the tracks that the windows slide on. He was very efficient in his use of his time. It's hard for me to find the time to deep clean my house anymore with how much I work so I decided to try and find a cleaning company to help me out. I had gotten a few quotes and tried another company prior to Superhero Cleaning and I just wasn't impressed and they where crazy expensive. I can't recommend them. I hired them for a move out clean and before they left, I was asked to inspect the house, I couldn't tell what all they did but could see they missed a significant amount of work and they stayed an extra 1.5 hours cleaning. They permanently damaged my 1927 wood floors using steel wool to clean, against the grain too. Floors will need to be refinished. Was told three times the deck was power washed, it wasn't, I observed the work. Juan brought the power washing machine back out and did the job. The overall experience was a hassle and a big frustration. Juan apologized for his team in regards to ruining my wood floors and offered to send someone he knew to look at them. I declined at his solution. I found a solution to hold me over and asked for a partial refund, he obliged. read more
