The lines are crisp, straight, and exactly how we envisioned them. It made our boxy home feel much warmer and more welcoming this holiday season, and it really stands out in our neighborhood. We also had 30+ mph winds recently, and while other homes nearby had lights shift or come down, ours didn't move at all. That alone speaks to the quality of his work. When confronted about lack of service, he said we didn't own the lights and he would refund us just $250 (apparently 6 days of working lights is worth $150?). Anyway, never got a refund and he took our lights. He works without any safety harnesses and no fall protection. Caution: stay away from this guy.
