She seemed to know that, said our info was on the person's desk. After a full week past when we were told we would be called, we called again, left a message, no response, called again & now got ahold of the person. He told us he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Never called back. So after 2 full weeks we don't have basic square foot pricing on countertop material. We have been to 2 other installers who have lists available when you walk into the store. It's ridiculous to not get this basic info to a customer or call them when you say you are going to.
