We used the smell free option and it worked great. We recently had a pet pass that had made several accidents and we were nervous that the smell free option might not be strong enough, but we were delighted with the results. I wanted to share this information in case someone is considering the smell free option and wondering if it's effective. I highly recommend it if you have sensitivity to smells and want a great carpet cleaning. read more

Good lasting clean with a fair price in the Albany area. An apportionment time was scheduled a few days prior, a same day phone call was received and confirmed our appointment time. The job was quick, and completed with an additional extra last minute couch cleaning task added. All tasks performed professionally without any added sales pressure. Area rug, couch, bedroom walkways. All done as requested, and not charged for anything extra. A++ read more

This was our first experience with Rainbow Carpet Cleaning & we are thrilled with the awesome job they did!!!!! We first got an estimate a week prior to our date for cleaning. When they got here on the day to clean, they started working right away. The main guy was extremely friendly & very nice!! We felt his confidence immediately. We asked about a large area rug in our entryway which he said he could do as well. I was amazed at how quickly he had finished the job, & most of all, how clean & new the carpets all looked. I am just thrilled with the great service by Rainbow Carpet Cleaning, & with the end result. I will definitely call them the next time my carpets need cleaning again. Thank you so very much for your wonderful service & great employees!! read more

Rainbow Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Albany, Oregon

Paul and his team have been cleaning our carpeting for decades. Today Roman and Jose cleaned, added protective surface, and cleaned the sofa. They did a super job and the carpet looks like new. This business is very professional and so pleasant to have in my home. (I've tried others but the results were unpredictable and once downright disastrous.) Rainbow is reliable, affordable, and responsive. I highly recommend them. read more

Incredible work! I had no hope for the carpet when I bought my house. It was that bad. But David came in and went to work on it. The results were more than I could have hoped for. Hire this company! This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. read more

These guys really do bend over backwards to please. This kind of service is rarely found these days. They are working hard for the best reputation in the business. With 4 rentals, this is my pick for the company that does the best job and keep their prices very competitive. read more

My dog ate something really disgusting. That night, he vomited, had diarrhea all over my studio apartment carpet. I won't describe how bad it was. I called three local carpet cleaning companies. Two responded quickly; Paul Workinger of Rainbow Carpet Cleaning arrived first. I assumed it would cost at least $150.00. Paul described his cleaning method, and gave me a quote for $85.00. He offered a100% satisfaction guarantee and got right to work. I returned a couple of hours later to a completely cleaned carpet. It was wet, as Paul said it would be. The cleaning product odor was strong, but not unpleasant. It took two days to air out the carpet, and the stains are gone. read more

Within the span of less than 48 hours, I requested a quote, got a call back, got scheduled, and job done. I've used carpet cleaning services before, but never anything this responsive. Price was very reasonable, and Paul did an exceptional job. I 100% cannot recommend this business enough! read more

If you are having any issue with your carpet, I highly recommend Rainbow Carpet Cleaning. My 2 year old painted her toenails and then proceeded to walk down our carpeted hallway leaving behind her hot pink footprints. After trying for 2.5 hours to get it out myself, I realized I needed professional help. When I called Rainbow they were very friendly over the phone. I appreciated that their minimum service charge was much more affordable, $85 vs other cleaners which was $100. After setting up my appointment, I received another call from their office informing me they would be sending Paul, their owner, to do the job because he had the level of expertise they felt was needed to work with the nail polish. It made me feel like they cared about their work and they wanted to do it right. On the day of my appointment, Paul called me a couple times to let me know of his schedule. This was so refreshing because usually with services like this you're given a large window when you have to sit home and wait, not being able to leave your house because you have no idea when they are going to show up. Paul arrived on time. He respected my time and came when he said he was going to. After examining the area, rather than trying to up-sale me, Paul gave me a suggestion to use some non-acetone nail polish remover to get out the paint. (My 2.5 hours of cleaning had gotten most of it out). He could have withheld that info and charged me more money, he had made the house-call, but he was honest and upfront. It felt like he cared more about helping me more than making money. In fact, he gave me a bottle of remover for free! The whole experience was very positive. Paul was very easy to work with and if we ever have a problem again with stains or spills on our carpet, I will definitely call them. I am a customer for life! read more

David came out and did an awesome job. Very courteous and helpful. Called 30 minutes before arriving as agreed. Very reasonable and cooperative. You will will be very happy. Recommend 100%. read more

rug had a new big brown stain when returned. After 2 very half hearted attempts (less than 1 minute of spraying something on it) I was told that I should "find someone to help me turn the rug over" so the stain would not be seen. I hired a second company to clean the rug in home, they got the stain right out along with a bunch of dirt. Don't know what happened here but I feel very taken advantage of. Complete waste of money. edit: I spoke with a lady at the company who was embarrassed by this and refunded my money read more

I hired Rainbow to clean my carpets cleaned and they did a fabulous job! The team was on time, efficient and thorough. Their prices are very competitive. I received a call a few days after their service asking if I was satisfied with their work. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

I love this company! Had 2 new puppies that marked everywhere and Paul came right out. They were so fast and the carpet turned out great! Thank you and will be calling. read more

Service is top notch and the prices are very affordable. We needed our sofa cushions cleaned due to an accident... They fit us in same day I called and offered to take the cushions to do while doing another job close by in order to save us money... (That way he didn't have to set up twice.. Keeping the cost down for us) Luke brought back our cushions good as new in just a few hours. And then Sherry called a few days later to see if we were happy with the cleaning and what we thought of how they turned out.. It's those little details customers remember and appreciate that has made us a customer for life. read more

Love this company! All the cleaners we have had have been so nice and patient. They have always done an excellent job.The carpets look great! read more

Rainbow was the 4th carpet cleaner that we used in 2 years. The previous cleaners were decent, but all left some stains that I assumed were permanent. BUT, no they were not. Because after Rainbow cleaned the carpet, all those stains had magically vanished. Well, not magically - however these guys do such a great job that it seemed magical. No icky smells either. I would recommend them to anyone - and I am going to keep their number on my speed dial for any future cleanings. Absolutely the best! read more

Our dogs managed to chew the lid off a bottle of fish emulsion and spread it through the carpet. It was truly gross! I managed to clean the stain myself but after 2 weeks the smell was still potent. After calling around Rainbow cleaners were the only ones willing to work with us AND guarantee their work. They were positive and helpful on the phone and they were the cheapest!! They were willing to come back 3 times (happy to do so every time) free of charge until the smell was gone. I highly recommend this company. read more

Their method doesn't work for heavily soiled carpet and dog odors. They gave up. May be okay if you have lightly soiled carpet/newer carpet. But the tough jobs need something else. read more

These guys are awesome! I've used them many times and recommended them to people. They are always professional and do a great job. Recently I called them about a stain I was dealing with between carpet cleanings and they delivered a bottle of cleaning solution, for me to use, to my door! I am very impressed with this company. Highly recommend! read more

He gave us a lot of talk about how he does great work which he personally guarantees, and that he was the best in the corvallis area. He was not able to get a spot out of our carpet which he said he would get out, and we had trouble getting ahold of him to come back and clean it. Originally he did a walk through and quoted us a price no problem. He failed to get the spot out and hoped we wouldn't notice, we finally got him back to fix it and he charged us more money. Mediocre work at best. He is dishonest and you can't trust his word. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I had them clean the carpet on the whole house and came home to a wet and stained floors. He came back out again for a few spots with no avail. I used my own carpet cleaner and pulled buckets of dirt out looks like all the dirt under the carpet was pulled out and now I see it all. Next time I will use a dry heat carpet cleaner and need to do that now that all the dirt is on top. Who knows It could be some as stuff I now have all over the floor. You can see all the stains at the carpet joints showing this is what happened. It is dirt earlier now then before he started. I guess if you have a new home you should be fine. read more

The price was only $99 for one room so I tried them out to see if their work would be satisfactory. If I wasn't satisfied...they would come out and try again. Sounds like a good deal, right. You always get what you pay for. They were prompt getting here but not sociable. The person doing the work never said a word even when being spoken to. The other person helping said he wasn't much of a talker. When you ask a question it would be nice if they answered...I had a few spots, but now bad for the age or the carpet. I asked if they would be able to get it out, they said definitely yes. When it was all done and dried, the carpet was sticky like the detergent was still in the fibers. I called them back and came a week later and while we walked on the carpet the dirt and dust stuck to it very quickly and started to build up and looked worst than it was before. So when they came back they did not do the carpets again, they said they would do the carpet with some sort of mirco-bead stray and when it dried all I had to do is vaccum the carpet and it would take care of the problems. The stickiness and the stains that came back. It did not do the trick. I called them back a third time and they said there was nothing they could do. I used a standard stain cleaner that you can generally get at any store and scrubbed the stain out myself. It wasn't hard but yet I don't know why they couldn't do it even though I paid them for just that. The stickiness never did come out no matter how many times I tried to rinse it out. I must have gotten into the padding below. I am eventually going to replace my carpet with something different like wood or some other material. This experience has made me rethink carpet in my house. read more
