They will re-schedule, text or call to say they will be later several times. We had problems with damage from roller marks on the original finishing and other contractors and instead of coming out to inspect the damage they said they could buff and re-seal the floors. Afterwards the floors developed white lines between the boards. The owner came out twice and attempted to fix four areas. The Second he said he would re-do the floors under warranty and set up a date to do so. Then he called and said he needed to push that date out. Instead of a new date being set he said he needed to come out and look at the floors again. When he came out to look at the floors he walked in and said the floors were "perfect" and would not re do them. When we brought up the area he attempted to fix in front of the kitchen sink, he said to put a rug over it! See the attached pictures. That doesn't work! Alan G.
