Nick has cleaned our carpets twice. Both times he was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. Our carpets are only a couple years old but the difference before and after was amazing! I was especially impressed with how personable Nick is and how much of himself he puts into his work. The carpets were cleaned quickly, thoroughly, and there was absolutely no smell other than freshness! Not only did Nick do a fantastic job, but he did so for an extremely reasonable cost. And he even went back and touched up a couple places from the first cleaning while he was here. I also had one of our couches cleaned by Nick and it looked almost brand new when he was done. Based on Yelp and friend recommendations I called VS to clean my carpets before selling my house. Extremely flexible, professional, and nice to work with. He called me on the day of service to offer, but not hard sell, the fact that they do dryer duct cleaning also, and I added that. Most importantly he followed up within 24 hours about a single spot on the carpet I wasn't thrilled about after the first time through - and it's looking even better. Chauncey showed up on time and got right to work. Very pleasant to be around and he did a great job. He was very thorough and our old carpet looks new again. This is the first time we hired someone to do the cleaning in the 24 years we've owned our home.
