Summary: Their end result had some new blotchy areas that were not there before they started the…read moreresurfacing of our red oak floors. We are snow birds and before we left for the winter we had our oak floors refinished. Rabi (owner) came out and his quote seemed fair and they were quick to start the job. I was surprised that a 17-year old kid showed up and complained he didn't have help for a good part of the morning. Mind you, this is a multi-million dollar property. The kid worked fast when he wasn't on any of his many breaks throughout the day. On the 2nd day, we were instructed to stay out the house until the following day so we couldn't comment on the final job. We went in the next day and immediately noticed some blotchy ares. These area seemed to be missed by some part of the processing strangely. These spots weren't there before they started so it's not part of the natural wood. See pics. These spots are in hallways so they are seen each time we walk the hallway... constantly a reminder of shady work. I called Rabi the next day and he came to inspect. He did some fast talking and basically said to live with it. Nothing they could do to fix it unless they started the process all over. I should have been alerted at the RED FLAG at how they demanded the final payment before they finished the work and I could inspect it. I have since had wood floors refinished at our winter home in Arizona and they came out beautifully. This spotting at our Monmouth home on a brand newly refinished floor is pure negligence and could have been avoided. It's not my business, but perhaps not put your business in the hands of a 17 year old without any owner or mgr presence whatsoever. Just saying. Lesson learned on my end... don't make final payment until work is inspected. Let this be a warning to all.

And BEAUTIFULLY at that!! They treated our home as if it was their own. We're so happy with our new floors!
