He was very attentive to my needs and displayed a very professional and knowledgeable manner which I liked very much. I gave him a to do list of various repairs some very easy and some more complicated. He was very clear on his pricing and attended to the repairs quickly. My son lives at the property and informed me that Jared was great and the repairs are perfect! Jared made it clear that he would always try to find the most cost effective fix when possible.
