They have it. You could go to a national chain store where the lackeys, er, uh, employees don't have a clue. You might find what you're looking for. You won't pay any less. Or, you could go to Robnetts, and if you don't immediately see what you need, one of the staff will take you right to it. Have an odd fastener? They have it in stock. They can even tell you exactly what it is before you go looking. My only dig was one time I needed a bolt for some furniture. They had one that fit, but it was a bolt with a hex head that takes a standard wrench rather than flush top that uses an allen wrench. Guess what? My chair still works! Not too long ago I needed an odd light bulb. I wanted to get an LED version. They had exactly what I needed, and I paid less than what I would have paid had I ordered online. Another time I was looking for some oddball light bulbs for a friend. They had the EXACT match, both in halogen and LED. I got the LED. Sweet. Just recently, I needed an odd sized allen wrench. I have so many of them, and I have a few sets. I didn't need a whole set, just one wrench. Eighty-nine cents and two minutes later it was in my pocket and I was on my way with a smile. That said, my three stars goes to the easy-going employees and the unique selection of trim you won't find at big box stores. You can also special order materials and they are great to work with. For these three reasons, I have tried to support this business over the years. Just make sure you triple check the materials. Other than that, centrally located and easy.

I was able accept shipment, install the pavers and clean up the site in one day only because they handled everything perfectly from their end and my planning. Other big box stores have limited selection and inflated prices, yet we found a unique look to meet my clients needs and do a little extra designing from a basic kit. I can't say I'd ever shop anywhere else anymore. They carry everything from saws, sealers, sand, and tools to get you where you need to be. 8,000 lbs of stone is not a problem for them. The drivers make sure you are set and ready to go upon delivery before leaving. You can't beat that.

They were all super patient with the selection process and allowed me to check out samples to take home and eyeball, since it was impossible to match our existing adjacent hardwood floors. Installation was scheduled several weeks out and we got a terrific installer, Fernando, who did an excellent job and gave great attention to detail. We are super happy with our new floors so far!
